We thought that only the mattress were what we were getting. So I called to let them know that’s all we got. 3-4 hours later the frames showed up. The order got split up on 2 different delivery trucks. When I tell you it was worth the fuss, OMG. This bed is so comfortable and was so easy to put up. All we had to do is let the mattresses form, put the legs on the frames and it was all done. We slept in our guest bedroom for 2 nights to give the mattresses time to form, and when I tell you it is worth the money we paid for them. We ordered the split king, with the 14” mattresses. Received the base of the bed, but the mattress never came. Instead sent huge box with chair. No response from 3 attempts to contact. Had to buy another mattress since bought to replace hospital bed for mom that is ill. Very bed service.
