Great laptop for basic tasks. Lightweight, easy to use, and a beautiful display. Touch pad took some getting used to, but does the job no problem. Great for email and browsing on the go. I installed and run office 365 with no issues. Allows me to do the things I need to do on the go. Videos are great quality but speakers are a bit weak. No problem though, I just use headphones.     • Great laptop for the price
I purchased this laptop for one purpose, to use Adobe Cloud products for my business. You can't beat the price for what you get with this laptop. Although I feel that the keyboard is a little 'chinsy', it works perfectly fine. Overall this laptop is perfect for my needs. It is very light so if you need to lug it around anywhere, it's quite easy to do so. I would recommend this laptop to anyone in the market for one. As I stated, I am using it for one purpose so don't have much on it. I haven't used it to stream movies from Netflix for example, I don't play video games so I can't speak to those things. ... show more

I bought this computer to get a quick windows 10 computer for my daughter for school (required). her school doesn’t allow chrome books, so I was in a hurry to buy a windows based laptop because the whole family had apple products. The good: light, quick to start up, handles most of her schoolwork including videos, research, etc. great look and a great simple computer for our needs! Priced well! The bad: NOT ENOUGH INTERNAL STORAGE! (I had to buy the HD card and HDD internal storage. And the power runs out quickly! ... show more

    • MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
pros- screen quality was on point, doesn't strain your eyes, light to carry around because it's made out of plastic, give you a 90 days warranty if you sign up within 14 days when you receive the product, the keyboard is smaller than what I'm used to but I like that because I have small fingers so it works out for me. cons- (it's a lot, you guys) The material is.....cheap...it's made of plastic so be EXTRA careful not to drop it. (people who have butterfingers this computer is not for you),the mouse frozen for one hour after using it in 2 days, the Wi-Fi connection is slower, the sound quality is horrible, the length of the charger is shorter than an average computer charger, the keyboard isn't functional which means there are more buttons you have to play with to get to what you want. For example, if you want the "home" key you have to use the "fn" key and the up arrow key. It might seem like it's nothing but you're doing more to get to what you want. I wasn't about to write a review but when the mouse stopped working after day 2 of using it, I just couldn't take it anymore. I wanted to give it a chance, but that was the mouse was the final straw.     • 100% Adequate Computer
I bought this computer for one specific need and now use it for general personal activity. I needed something to browse the web, document creation and modification, upload and download files. In addition, I stream some videos. This computer has been 100% adequate for those needs. It does not come with the Microsoft applications (just Windows). You will have to use the online resources for those. It is slower loading websites than I would like, but overall fine if you have a bit of patience. It streams standard definition videos without stopping to buffer. The speaker is not very loud, but it connects to blue tooth speakers just fine. Camera and microphone are good for online meetings. You will probably not be able to game on this computer. Build quality is middle of the road. Screen opens with some effort and is a bit floppy. Same with keyboard. Two USB ports. Headset and screen port. I took it on a trip and had no issues. Battery life is good, about 2 hours of activity. My biggest gripes are (1) the space bar doesn't always take input and (2) I drag my thumbs across the mouse pad and accidently move my cursor. Both of those could be operator error. I totally recommend this computer if you are looking for a cheap computer for basic personal business. If you are looking for high performance for gaming or HD video playback, this it not the computer for you. ... show more

    • The biggest mixed bag you can get for the price
Has a great screen, it is lightweight, and for things like Microsoft word document editing its great. However, anything involving the internet is an absolute disaster as far as I can tell. I’m not a tech person, so I can’t tell you why there’s such a massive amount of lag between inputs and the effect. I can be sitting there for upwards of 10 seconds waiting for what I typed to appear in the search bar, and this is a regular consistent issue. The sound quality of the built in speakers are awful too. Don’t bother with the smaller of the two storage options, I got the bigger of the two and it’s already half full just from the OS, the basic programs of windows 10, and Microsoft office 365. Speaking of storage space, it can be upgraded with a hard drive, on the underside there’s two screws and a piece of plastic covering a hard drive port. However, nowhere can you find the actual size of this space. Does it need 2.5 inch? Smaller? Bigger? I have no idea! They SAY you can buy one from fusion5 directly on their website but this is straight up false. I’ve been to their website and I’ve combed it up and down twice. No hard drives. It has potential to be a great laptop, with a hard drive upgrade and maybe a switch to an OS with a lighter footprint if that’s possible.
