The coupling between aluminium head and lever is weak. After cutting 300 sqf 10 mil flooring the hole in aluminium head where the lever is attached was deformed. I could see tears in aluminium and the lever was not holding in the socket. probably this would not happen cutting thinner material. 10 millimeter water proof laminate flooring was too much for this cutter. ... show more

I received my vinyl planking cutter, but the screws attaching the platen to the cutter didn't line up. I emailed the company and they gladly and promptly replaced it with a new one. It was a very positive experience!
