    • Kids love it but fabric isn't good outdoors

Put this up 2 months ago and the blue strips on the hanging part are falling apart. The fabric is turning to powder. This is due to the sun, we live in Michigan so it's not strong southern sun. If it weren't for this it would be 5 stars.

Bought the 13’ and was going great until step 5/6 when the second layer starts. I ended up doing the full 5 silver pieces, but only doing the horizontal pieces to give it stability. After I started doing that, it went much quicker. Overall it took me about 2.5 hours to put together with a few breaks when I was getting stumped. There is also no spare hardware, so if you drop something in the grass, be sure to grab it quickly before it gets lost. ... show more

This product is really great! My kids love it, but putting it together was annoying. I highly suggest using the pictures of the people who have already built it on here as a guide! The instructions are unclear

    • Company replaced immediately. Safety net attaching tab tore
Within one week of notifying company, I have a new mat. Had up one month and one of the attaching tabs broke. Kids are 5 and 8. I am assuming one of the tabs was weak.

These are not easy to assemble. They are a two person job. Very Sturdy and the kids love them.

This was nice once we actually got it together. But Instructions were god awful. We spent 5 1/2 hours on it and took 4 ppl and the only reason we got it together was looking at the actual picture posted with the listing.
