I use this canopy as a cover for my pontoon boat. I installed it right next to my garage. The height adjusts from 9.5 to 11 feet, which was ideal for the extra height I needed. I was able to assemble and install it by myself. The assembly of the frame was very logical and well designed, and all the parts fit together well. I had one part of the assembly I didn't quite comprehend, but I contacted customer support and they replied right away and explained it to me. After 9 months, the canopy has held up very well and does not leak at all. Recently I backed into and bent one of my leg poles, and once again contacted them and they responded right away and sent a replacement for a small charge. I highly recommend this canopy for protection of your boats or vehicles, and their great customer service is a plus! ... show more

This Carport Canopy wasn't hard to setup even by myself. I put the Canopy Cover on before installing the legs. You have to tie the frame to side supports for any steady wind that blows. I had the legs bolted to a concrete pad so they wouldn't move but with the heat baking the light rope that comes with the kit and the wind we had this week the ropes snaped and half of the legs bent at the top of the tubes and two of the tubes supporting the top bent where I tried to tie it with new rope in the middle of the storm. Now for the top itself It held up fine and is ready to go If I find something to use it on. Update Information.. If you have issues with this Carport you can expect great Product Support, they were quick at sending replacement tubes to get it back to working order. Having said that I will be using it in some other way then parking my nice car under it during bad weather. ... show more

Got this a month ago , replaced some poles and just now set it up. Haven’t anchored it and it’s raining, no wind. Tied it down. Going to attach it to 6x6 s to anchor. Top is of a good quality. Company is good to work with. Will update this review in a month. On 9/1 2024 we anchored it to 6x6s. Still good ... show more

    • Use better anchors Incase of high wind

Updated review at the end. I was in love with how easy this was to assemble. Everything felt and looked quality, until I got to the anchors. I know this is a temporary structure...but come on. After assembly, we threaded into the ground and tied on the included 8 anchor's as instructed, and put the weighted bags on the bottom parts of the vertical poles. We had 1 light wind storm (~15ish mph winds with gusts here and there), and it completely destroyed the canopy that we just put up the week prior. Folded it in half longways. It looks like a majority of the failed parts were at the connection points for the horizontal poles. Oh well....definitely a waste of over $400 if it can't handle a small amount of wind. I had very high hopes... We're just VERY thankful we didn't have anything parked under it at the time it got destroyed. Updated review. The company reached out to me and sent out replacement parts for all the pieces that were damaged. I'm very thankful for that. We just finished re-reassembling the canopy with the replacement parts. This time we used much more heavy duty anchors then what is provided with the kit. ... show more

    • Good Size. NOT STURDY & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Edit: REFUND RECEIVED! After going back and forth with customer service for almost 2 weeks, I was finally sent a return slip to take the items to FedEx to be returned to vendor. I wish the process was not so arduous and customer service would call to speak and resolve issues instead of using the messaging system. I only received a phone call from someone after I was emailed the return slip only to be asked if I would change my review. I did advise I would UPDATE my review once my refund was received. My refund has been received but I would suggest customer service works on communication and their refund process. The instructions are a joke. It's basically just pictures and they omit a few steps but of you are paying attention to the pics you figure out which steps they left out but hopefully you catch it before full assembly. Thank goodness we caught it beforehand. Instructions also tell you there are triangle pins included but there were nine and nothing in the Instructions tell you what they would have been used for. Horrible customer service. They do not provide paid return labels. Customer has to pay to return. Item shipped in 2 large boxes, one over 6 feet tall. They will not provide a carrier to come pick up either. As the customer you have to find a way to get thr large items to a post office or carrier and pay for it yourself, so technically you will not receive a few refund if you have to pay to return a 160lb item. The item IMO does not live up to the sturdy claims as advertised. It's as flimsy as a pop up tent you buy for the beach. But I will say the size and ease of snapping together is great. Just not as sturdy as advertised and you get the complete run around with trying to return the item. ... show more

I've had this for almost 6 months and it's held up well. I use it to park my boat under, so I only opted for the canopy. I have a full cover for my boat for the off season but I will still be using the canopy to keep the majority of the weather off of it. I live on Cape Cod and it's like living in a wind tunnel around here. Using only the weights and anchors supplied, the cover has withstood quite a few good storms and I've been very impressed. I assembled it by myself with only mild exertion. I'm 66 and have had multiple back fusions so if I can do it, most anyone should have no issues. My only concern is the thickness of the poles. I wish they were a bit beefier. I may add some extra bracing but who knows. It's done great so far...The price was right... I'll have to see how it lasts! ... show more
