Did what i wanted it to do. Using it as pump for my refrigerator water/ice machine off grid. Using a 5 gallon jug and last about a month. It's not 50 lbs of pressure going in the lines but just enough for the ice maker to work and gets some cold fridge water.

I was looking for a backup pump for when my sump pump line freezes in the winter. I thought in an emergency I could drop a pump into the sump hole, attach a hose and pump the water to the near by drain. What I didn’t realize is how small this pump actually was. Its not much longer than a wine cork and I expected one that was many times this size based on the enlarged images in the description. I will make this do in an emergency and its advertised to pump 130 gallons an hour so technically is should do what I need it to. The pump does have to be submerged to prime itself which is fine in my case but if you’re looking for a self priming pump, this isn’t the one for you. It runs very quiet and has a good suction that stays primed once its running. I would have preferred a much larger utility pump especially for the price but I don’t plan on using this often so this will suffice for now. ... show more

Wasn't sure what to expect when ordering this, but so far I like it. The mounting brackets are a soft silicone and easy to put on/off. The wire tail is about 37 inches long, stretches from my finger tips to my sternum. Time will tell how this runs off solar power.
