These did arrive in a very skinny package, so initially, I was nervous that it wouldn't be enough. Once I pulled the two bundles out, I separated each stem and arranged. They perked right back up within a day. These were pliable for me to arrange without the leaves cracking, so there was no mess. Best of all, they smell SO GOOD! Right out of the box there was the signature eucalyptus smell coming from within. - It is in fact real, not plastic or imitation. This eucalyptus must have been cut very fresh as of recent from the looks of it and the inside of the stem. - You get a lot of stems for this purchase. They really pack it into the box. - Looks great as decor. If you are using in the shower, this will work too. โŒ Cons โŒ - The problem with getting so much in this box is the stems & leaves were all mostly crushed. I would have like to have seen the stems in a bigger box or less in the box as to allow some more room for the leaves to not get pressed & indented into one another. - Additionally, I donโ€™t know if it was preserved all the way through. As I said in my headline, eucalyptus can be harmful to children under 2, dogs, and cats, so do your research and weigh the benefits vs. potential risks. The quality of this product is outstanding. They come in two bunches neatly tied at the base of each bunch. I used an extra shower curtain hook that I hung from my shower rod. Then I hung the other bunch from the side of my upper cabinet by my kitchen sink to enjoy nature's fresh fragrance and therapeutic touch while meandering about my kitchen or washing dishes. It organically blends in with my existing decor in both rooms. I appreciate these eucalyptus stems' natural and preserved quality. I got this Kocat 20PCS Preserved Natural Eucalyptus Stems because I'd heard a lot of great uses for preserved eucalyptus but has never had any. Cue my confusion when opening the box of stems. They smelled like real eucalyptus but looked almost fake except for a few rare leaves here and there that had brown spots that sometimes happens during leaf growth due to minor damage. The stem broke more like a real stem when I snapped an end off, but the inside was weirdly bright green. The description of this was no help, so I tried burning part of the stem and leaves as natural would burn, but plastic would melt and curl. It burned like real. I took one of the leaves and smooshed up with a lot. It released a lot of lovely natural eucalyptus smell. Cut to some reading up on how eucalyptus is preserved and everything made a lot more sense. I feel a little silly for not looking this up prior to requesting them, but I liked how they looked and figured it would work out either way. To be clear, these are real eucalyptus stems that have been preserved so they won't become brittle like fresh and then dried, and they last a lot longer. The stem and leaves have been treated with glycerin and obviously some green dye to help them keep their scent, color and flexibility. I plan to use these to create some nice vase displays in the bathroom as well as a door hanging wreath (obviously my test strand with be part of a wreath filler and not a a vase display).
