Update - It turns out, that it matters which way you install the spring in the faucet! Put the wider side on the keg side and the smaller side against the faucet ball part. Support was very kind to reach out and give me some troubleshooting tips. They were very responsive! They are replacing the item purchased no questions asked. This is the type of company that we’d like to deal with! Honest answers from an honest company doing the right thing and standing behind their product! Thank you. Assembled this product after washing all its parts, poured in my beverage, kept the unit capped as stated in instructions. First couple of beers were great. Seemed everything worked fine. Everything was great except for the handle. It's very loose and spews out at the lightest touch. Otherwise, it's airtight and quite convenient except for the fact it'll make a mess.

Cleaned it up in sanitizer and filled with a belgian beer, regulator seems like it holds correct as of now, I'll see in a day or two but nice little setup to cut down on bottling I'm hoping.
