I am a bigger guy 5'11 240 so I was worried about the bike. feeling small to me or not performing with my heavier weight but it is awesome! Feels good riding I was able to get up to 30.9MPH using pedal assist and I can pedal it like a regular bike good too. These were all the things I wondered about before getting the bike so I thought I would add them in here incase it helps someone make the decision. DO NOT buy this product! Faulty battery doesn’t stay locked. Company will not offer refund or fix. My son was riding reg speed nothing fancy when battery fell out causing a crash and a hospital visit. When contacted company they want video of this happening when riding- are you serious! You want me to put someone on a faulty bike so you can get a video to show proof. I have sent pictures documenting. Be warned- don’t buy there products! Very nice sleek E-bike. Bike seems sturdy. Please be aware tho that the bike must be charged outdoors (stated multiple times in red throughout manual). From what I’ve read from multiple sites online the reason is a possible fire hazard. This should have been clearly stated in the item description letting buyers aware in case the live somewhere where charging is not possible outdoors such as living in an apartment. On another note the bike was extremely easy to assemble. Only thing I had to do was just the brakes due to them rubbing when not applied. As for performance and power, the bike awesome on flat ground but any type of slight incline the bike struggles when using just the e-power. ... show more

Not to happy with the purchase it did not come with the instructions manual, and it has stripped parts and chipped paint in a couple spots. I expected it to be brand new fresh as well there was no notification from the warehouse that the package was on the way. Hopefully someone was home to sign cause there was no update . says peak 40 miles an hour its a lie the max it goes is 25mph. other than that the bike is okay but its too hard to turn shouldve had a handle extender and better springs. Bike shouldve been faster like it said im going to return it and get a refund

Of course it has the cons of a hub motor but for the price its super high value. The planetary gears in the motor stripped out from a hole in the middle of a trail and they had no problem replacing the part for free. Im 180 lbs and it pulls me up about a 15 degree hill at 25 mph.
