Needed some of these pastry cutters for various pastries that I plan to make, such as southern biscuits, and I decided to get this set of 12 cutters because of their lower price. To be honest, I was not expecting much in the way of quality, and while these pastry cutters are no more than pieces of bent sheet metal, they don't have to be (because that's what pastry cutters are). They worked excellent for quickly cutting out pieces of dough cleanly and are super easy to toss in the dishwasher and back in its little box when done. These are great! I love the variety of sizes and they all fit neatly together in the tin they came in which is very convenient. I should note that I don’t use these for cutting cookies, but for making shapes out of clay for pottery. They do the job!
