I ordered these to help keep the tubs and sinks I also plan to use these on my camping trips with the Scouts. They're not overly abrasive - which is a good thing. I'm glad they came in a multi pack. They'll live in each of my 3 bathrooms as well as on the kitchen sink for those hard to scrub dishes and pans. As one would expect, they're a bit less absorbent than a plain old washcloth.. I also used one to scrub potatoes and carrots for stew. The only downside is that the metal weaving tends to get food particles stuck in them. Depending on what you're cleaning, they'll likely get clogged and you may need to clean them more often. And since they're in the multi pack, just throw the clogged one in the washer and grab a clean one. Will the metal dull knives? Will the metal weaving loose its "abrasiveness?" Not sure - only time will tell. However, my initial impression is that these are a great product and I would certainly recommend them to a friend. ... show more

Overall, I’m very happy with these, they work pretty well, it does not ruin my dishware stainless steel. these things clean up very well very easy to use. They do the job well so I have no complaints. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot believe I had not discovered these dishcloths sooner; they are absolutely great for use in your kitchen and bathroom for cleaning chores. I have used them all around my kitchen, dishes, glassware, countertop, and stovetop with absolutely no problems. I have not had any problems with scratching anything I have used it on, I was previously using the green or blue pads, they are small and can accumulate food particles inside and are hard to keep clean. These Navona steel wire dishcloths are larger, clean just as well, or better, and are super easy to clean so you don’t have to worry about reusing them. They are economical to use in two ways, the first is a low price for a 12-pack, and the second is that they last longer. I am very pleased with these Navona dishcloths, I continue to find new uses for them every day. ... show more

These are good cleaning cloths but just be aware of a few things: • They do not perform miracles. They will not make the bottom of your pots and pans instantly shiny and new. You will need to add an acid cleaner and some elbow grease to do that. • They're very thin. • They're not very absorbent. They're for scrubbing, not sponging. • They snag on sharp things and will shrink and bundle up with use. That makes them sort of disposable. I previously ordered some similar dishcloths that were single layer and loved them, so when I saw these double layer ones, I wanted them too. I figured they could be used for items that needed a little extra "friction" for the tough stuff, like stuck on grime etc. They work just like I wanted them too. When it comes to gooey stuff like cheese or wet bread dough that is harder to rinse out, I will use the single layer ones, as it is a little harder to rinse it out of these double layer ones. This set also has a little hanger that is handy for hanging them to dry. What I really like about these is that they dry much faster than sponges that harbor bacteria. It's actually the most important aspect to me. I was going to quit using sponges and just use brushes but when I saw these, it took care of the problem, and to me, they are easier to use than a brush. This is a pack of 18 so I have plenty if I want to use them for things other than cleaning off food. For the low price, they really are a great deal! ... show more
