I originally bought the yellow pack back in 2020, but it seems like the new manufacturer or supplier for this product has decreased the thickness of the gloves which I feel like I’m about to tear it each time I put it on. Only time will tell how long these will last compared to the pack from 2020 which lasted me 3 years from normal wear and tear. I can still compare because I have old yellow ones lying around and these new purple ones let a lot of the hot water through. Not so much that it burns, but still I can feel it hotter with the new purple gloves than my old pair of yellow ones. ... show more

Compared to the one I bought before, those gloves are thiner and easier to rip off. I can only use those one pair every one month or so. I usually go through one pair every 3 months or so with my old gloves. But this is 3 times cheaper than my old gloves, so it is still worth it. Gloves have been increasing in price greatly. I use very hot water and you can’t use these gloves with extreme heat. There are others on Amazon that are better but the price for what you get is as expected.

    • Love that There is No Flocking (Despite Pkg. Label)

The product description on Amazon does not mention flocking so I ordered these. Flocking typically starts to crumble quickly, and it is uncomfortable to use gloves with little bits of it coming loose -- so I can't stand gloves that have it. When I received these gloves, I noticed that the package says they have flocking -- but they do not. The packaging folks need to change the labeling. Overall, these are comfortable, easy to slide on and off, and sturdy. If you like crumbling bits against your skin, buy something else. ... show more
