The instruction manual was easy to follow, with diagrams and step by step instructions. All of the parts came with it. The shower head is big and it has great coverage. Not only is there good coverage, the pressure from both the shower head and the hand held are great. The half held is comfortable to use. I must preface this review by saying that I LOVE rain showers, but have had a hard time finding good ones. This shower set, though, I really like! It was easy to handle and install, which was a huge blessing. I mostly enjoy this because it does well with water pressure, giving a nice massage as I'm showering. It also has the little side handle that you can switch to for more versitile use and flexibility. I like the finish on the material, which gives it a nice, classy look. When I forest ordered it, I wasn't sure which material/finish would fit my bathroom best, but now I think any option would have been nice. They are just subtle enough to fit just about any aesthetic. Overall, I really enjoy this shower head. It offers great value for the money it costs, and has made our home look a bit nicer. If you are unsure about it, I'd recommend giving it a shot. ... show more

First, the good stuff: The matte black finish looks sleek and modern, and the rainfall shower head offers a luxurious downpour that feels like a gentle summer rain. The handheld sprayer is a game-changer, especially for me and my twin daughters with our long, thick hair. It delivers a powerful stream right where you need it, which makes rinsing out shampoo and conditioner a breeze. I’m even daring to dream that my daughters might actually take a ten-minute shower now—fingers crossed! However, not everything was smooth sailing. The barbed fittings that connect to the mixing valve were a bit of a nightmare. They’re designed for a snug fit on 1/2" PEX tubing, but they seem a bit oversized, making it extremely challenging to seat the PEX fully. I felt like I needed a PEX tube stretcher or some other specialized tool to get the job done. As for the instruction manual, it was less of a guide and more of a puzzle. The installation process is relatively straightforward if you watch a few videos and use some common sense, but a more user-friendly manual could have made things easier, especially for mounting the valve on drywall and tile. ... show more

This is very high-quality shower set system made from heavy brass. I mean it is heavy. I showed it to my installer who said this's hotel quality with very nice look and feel. I bought a gold color which makes my bathroom seem luxirious. The rain shower head is big enough to make me feel really like really raining. I have to say the installing procesure is well documented in the manual which shows step-by-step process with nice illustration and English text. Enclosed accessories are everything you need to install including screws. The price is so great comparing to what I got from Lows, and the quality is not compromised, if not better. I am a do it yourselfer and this was a ver simple installation. I purchased this for my bathroom remodel, converted a shower surround into a walk in shower. The finish is high quality and the large showerhead gives you a very luxurious shower. The water stream is powerful yet relaxing. The spray handle is really great for rinsing my feet and rinsing out the shower it isn’t too heavy but it is very durable. I will buy another one when I remodel my other bathroom! ... show more
