I love this drawer set because for the price, it does exactly what I want it to do (hold a lot of clothes) for a very, very good price. One of the important things that I wanted in an organizer was for it to look nice in my bedroom. I did not want metal and I did not want an ugly plastic color. I chose the darker color and that was a good choice. The color is a dark gray with a low key criss cross pattern on it. Very subtle. I also love how the top three shelves are smaller, as that is a nice touch. My only dissatisfaction with this product is how light weight it is, which is to be expected for the price and material. On one hand, it was a gift because it was easy to assemble. On the other hand, I would not trust it to safely hold my grandmother's collectibles. Further, the fabric is not fancy or durable quality, so I suggest to not put anything that is like a weight on it (unless it is on something flat, like a book, so that the beams support the weight), because the fabric became a little stretched out when my cat walked on one of the fabric sections as I put it together. ... show more

So many pieces to put together. Took probably 1.5-1.75 hours. But it turned out as-expected, and looks good. I guess it could be a bit sturdier, but it does the job I expected it to for the price. It also came with a few extra pieces of each in case some broke, which none did. It can also be configured vertically so 3 big bins tall plus the small ones instead of 2 big bins tall plus the small ones, but then you lose one of the small ones worth of storage (then it's 8 cubes instead of 9, because 2x4 instead of 3x3). ... show more

I recently purchased the 12 Cube Closet Organizers, and I'm really pleased with the overall functionality and design. The assembly was straightforward, and the unit is quite sturdy, making it perfect for organizing clothes in my baby’s closet and keeping the playroom tidy. I did notice that the pink connection covers popped out and won't stay in place, but since they're just for looks, it doesn't affect the function or stability of the unit at all.     • Don't buy if there's even a chance you'll return it (and you probably will, they suck)

Very poor quality product. It's assembled by hammering metal rods into plastic pieces. My mom and I have had issues with coming apart in certain spots and being lopsided/unstable so we just decided to just return it. Problem is, since there's no screws and it's only hammered in metal rods, you can't really dissamble it. We tried tearing it apart with not much luck, only really hurting our hands and arms in the process. There is not a box that would fit this product. UPS pickup is also not an option because they never come and our area is affected by heavy snow. So basically, we're stuck with poor quality shelves and can't even return them. So DON'T buy these if you think there's even a chance you'll return them... and you probably will want to, because it's terrible quality. ... show more

You get what you pay for - it's all very cheap materials. Went together easily, ordered the white but it was more of a light gray. In line with other reviews, mine came with missing pieces as well. Three of the drawer inserts were missing so I ended up just cutting out cardboard squares to give the top three drawers some stability and shape and keep them from collapsing in on themselves. The size is good it holds a lot of baby clothes and accessories. The color is good and looks good. It's functional for a closet dresser. I personally did not like building it but once my husband took over he had no problem
