The quality of the camera is great and I even caught something my first night. Guy was trying to break into another car and that car just happened to be stolen out of another county. This works well and also as a mirror, But camera works better. Only thing is glair, on Bright days glair from the sun sometimes makes it hard to see what's behind you. Connects well with WIFI and to my radio, I like that I don't have to plug it in. and connects usually most of the time. I need to pull out the chip to see how well it records and will have to update. Only thing is I wish it had a side camera so it could record, Anyone coming up to the window, like my other dash cam. I installed a bigger name brand in a friends car and this one looked similar but had better features and car play which I wanted to update my old pickup, and also listen to my radio satellite stations. Pretty cool device. Video quality is great. The first one I received had an issue with Bluetooth connectivity. After receiving the replacement I noticed it looked like an updated version. The new one has a stable Bluetooth connection. However when using the FM transmitter the volume is too high. It is clipping the audio. FM transmitter sound quality was 4 by 5 on the first one. I wonder if the manufacturer can push a firmware update to address the output audio gain of the FM transmitter. All in all it works great. Im reasonably happy with the purchase. Price isn’t bad for the amount of features. Just need to tweak the firmware. ... show more

Installed easily on my jeep tj to add CarPlay on the original stereo. Sounds good even though it’s through fm transmitter. CarPlay worked well but I had to also install a smart Bluetooth controller so I can skip tracks while moving and not trying to press on the mirror while the jeep is moving. Which is almost impossible. It stopped working after 2 months which is beyond the return window of Amazon but when directed to their customer service, they replaced it without question. But they can only ship replacement to a USA address and I had it originally shipped to Philippines. Just had it shipped to my son instead. Bummer but at least they replaced it.
