2nd Update (9/7/23): I am raising my star rating from three to four stars ONLY to help the seller, because the seller was so helpful to me. Otherwise, I would have left it at only three stars, because I stand by my review regarding the poor quality of the swingset. The top bar across the frame gives with any weight heavier than a couple of toddlers, and the entire frame is very thin and lightweight. I am afraid the swingset itself will not last very long before falling apart due to heavy usage. However, this is not the fault of the seller, who is only doing their job. Update: The seller (Lyromix) was quick to contact me and eager to help me resolve my issue with the bent stability bar for the slide. They promptly sent a replacement without any hesitation. I stand by the rest of my review. However, The seller will do whatever it takes to help resolve any issue you may have regarding your purchased items. Side note: The kids are still loving the trampoline and accessories! I cannot tear them away from it. The trampoline itself was well worth the money spent, and it came with bonus accessories! The attached swingset, however, did not meet my expectations. it was not heavy duty and will not do for my 6 and 8 year old grandkids. It seems that it was made for toddlers only. The top bar (the one that holds most of the weight) has quite a bit of give when my grandkids are on it. I do not feel that they are very safe at all, as it may just crash under their weight. And heaven forbid they have friends over to play with them! The slide could not be installed at all because the support bar was bent almost in half (it came that way). What a complete waste! And there were these very low quality plastic clips that go on some of the posts that snapped in two while putting the trampoline together (not good). The kids have thoroughly enjoyed the trampoline, however, and who wants to try to pack all that bulky equipment up to return. I guess I'm keeping it, but would urge any buyer to beware. ... show more

My kids love this trampoline and have so much fun on it and customer service is quick to respond and help fix any problems. The slide broke on my trampoline first day we got it and my 71 pound autistic son went down it and it cracked on the side and went flat. I got ahold of the company and sent a picture of the slide and screen shot my order I had and customer service sent us a new slide, mat, net, ladder ect within a week. ... show more

This set was missing the swings and swing frame, lights, springs, the entire water hose kit, the slide, all screws, instructions, the entire anchor stake system, and the protective mesh and its frame. Here we go. This project started on Saturday. Only 2 days worth of work. With having to take bolts off for different tasks. THE INSTRUCTIONS, we’re not clear or concise. I had better luck looking at the Amazon picture on how to put it together. The swing is ONLY for children. Less than 40 lbs. Not anyone over 100 lbs. that’s fine, bc it is for my kids. I would recommend on pouring a small amount of concrete for where the legs of the swing contact the ground. The only huge issue was instructions and assembly. Think they had an issue between translating Chinese to English. Very difficult to understand. (Complete honestly, I have a high school diploma only, no college education. ) all in all, it’s cheap chinesesuim. The trampoline, slide, steps, and basketball goal is very good. Don’t forget to tie it down, wind storm will pick it up and move it. Decent value for money. But would think it would be half the price I paid for it. 3 maybe 3.5 stars. ... show more

This took a single professional 6.5 hrs to assemble. The swing is not sturdy and not enough sturdy ground stakes to hold it down almost had an accident when the child swung too hard. Will need to eventually buy additional stakes somewhere to secure this play set
