First off the gray is not as dark as the pictures(not a big deal for me) it was super tedious to put together (but we expected that) took about 3 hours all together . Another thing .. the couch is definitely not the size it advertised.i measured before it came , it came up shorter on both ends it’s more like 109 for the back and 80 for the side , I’m not mad at it though . Bottom cushions are FIRM and thick but comfortable(should soften up over time) couch is really soft , back cushions could be thicker but nothing extra padding can’t fix (if you wanted). ALL cushions have zippers and your are able to take the stuff out and wash it (fluff in top cushions is contained so you won’t be plucking it out) bottom cushions are just foam so again easy to just unzip take it out and wash it . It is a nice deep couch so that’s also a plus ! I didn’t realize the chaise doesn’t connect to the couch so it does move around (I will be putting 2 screws in it so it doesn’t move because it’s annoying . Over all couch feels sturdy and it looks nice, for the price 8/10 and would recommend to anyone on a budget . Really can’t beat it for the price ! ... show more

The thickness of the cushions for the back are less than acceptable as you can see in the pic they are so flimsy they do not want to stay up and provide no cushioning to your back. The seat cushions have different support on each cushion. Some are hard to very hard, and some are softer. They are not very comfortable at all. The cushions have been unpack for over a week and have not expanded to be be comfortable. I have tried fluffing them, but did not help. The overall look of the material is poor, and not at all attractive. The sofa already looks old and tired. Very disappointed ... show more

Thai sofa took me and my boyfriend about 2 hours to put up but the instructions were straight forward. After completing it just looks so perfect and it feel so firm so you can break it in over time. What I love the most about this sofa is the bottom and top cushions come with a zipper attached so you can stuff them with different stuffing if you want or to hand wash if you like. I studied the reviews before purchasing. Bought on Amazon prime day. It took 4 hours to put together between 2 people. 4 boxes delivered (heavy) over ~4 days. Measures more like 82x105 Pro: soft fabric. Good size. Con: back pillows are so this it hurts. (Considering foam inserts). Short USB cord. If the couch isn’t pushed up against a wall, you’ll need an extension cord. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. For the price, we were expecting much less in quality. However, this couch is very nice! It has great texture, and great space. For the price, you really cannot beat it. Cup holders are wide enough for a mug, and outlets are usable. The only downsides to this couch is the installation. Parts came scattered, so make sure to open all boxes when you begin. It will take between 2-3 hours to build by yourself. It’s a little low to the ground, but not badly. Also, the chaise is not a pull out drawer, it’s just a section you can pull the cushion up and stick stuff under. ... show more

This couch is honestly really great! It was easy to put together but tedious. Easier if you have two people assembling it. Give all the pillows and cushions time to fluff up.
