Bought this to replace original cover from a Costco Canopy purchase. Arrived on time, cover seems to be as described, easy to install, but does not seem to be any thicker that the original Costco cover that ripped. Lots of eyelets to tie cover down and I did use 18" zip ties to ease the install. See top cover photo. Width was no issue but length could be 3 or 4 inches longer, see photo where I tried to show about a 1 to 1.5 inch gap. I did try to improver the original frame to help rain run off by using ropes to make a grid pattern to support the cover. See photo, what looks like "lines" are really ropes. Even with length being a little short, I would purchase again. As I just installed, I can not comment on durability. Because of the length, I could not use 5 stars, but would say 4.5 stars, if I could. ... show more

When I first bought one these from Sams in 2006, the heavy duty of this thing had to be close to 12 mil. It lasted 9 years. Im about to buy my 3rd one of these cheap ragged things in past 4 years or so. The snow of winter and the winds of spring tear to this piece shish to shreds! I have a Strongway 10x20 2" frame. This canopy does not fit my frame. Because of the looseness, it collects water when it rains and the weight of the water stretches the bungee cords. I've tried everything I can think of to tighten the canopy but nothing has worked yet. So far, the weight of the water hasn't damaged the canopy. Except for the problem of collecting rainwater when it rains, the canopy works good. How much longer it will last is anyone's guess. ... show more

This carport cover did not last a year. Started tearing down the center at about 8 months in. By the end of a year it was separated along the valences. We do not live in a high wind area carport is on the side of the house protected by high block walls and six foot high gates. Very disappointed.

Was worth the wait. Bought 2 of these to replace the canopy tops I had. First one looked as putting on. Looked little big but as come together looked amazing. You saved me $200.00 dollars from the manufacturer. Second one went on easier. Best of all the over hang on the side to secure more the with the buggies. But as well rain run off as well.
