    • Cheap Welding, breaks in a week

First off the reviews were mixed with its hard to install vs its easy. My hubby did it solo in 2 hours so super easy just weird directions We set it up and inspected it and I had to reach out because one of the bars wasnt welded right and wasnt holding. It was a structural piece on the top. Got a credit from Amazon bc they couldnt replace just one piece even if it was an wasy fix they would have to send the entire replacement box out which is HEAVY. A few days later other welds go come loose before we could find a welder. Were outside in not bad winds and it catches the corner just right and we watched the welding come apart in several other spots. CHEAP WELDING which is so sad because it is so nice. If you own a welder and can fix it then maybe buy one, but make sure you have no wind at all cause it reminds me of school literally like toothpicks held by marshmallows structures ... show more

It’s good looking, and the price made it worth it. We’ve only had it up for 4 weeks. It was fairly easy for three mama’s to assemble. It seemed sturdy before we added the weight bags. I think it will withstand the high winds we get out here. Time will tell.

We were looking for a moving gift for our sister and we got her this 10X10 ABCCANOPY patio. I've bought tons of outdoor products and this one is totally worth it. The installation was shot but it does require some time to follow the steps. We put it together in about 40 mins and you need at least 2 people. The overall frame is sturdy. She loves the fact that it has mosquito nets and privacy walls too. The hardtop made it durable for strong wind and heavy snow in the winter. The canvas rots and tears to pieces after three summers. It was only out in summer; the top was stored inside during winter. They do NOT sell replacement covers for it. Need to buy a complete new one, take it apart and dispose of all those metal poles, cross pieces and roof braces. I will never again buy from a company that doesn't sell a replacement cover for its products. Was not a cheap one, Very disappointed. ... show more

Great Gazebo Definitely recomend, from the beginning, when we first got it, the first think that came to mind was, this is going to be so hard to put it together, the instructions was only 3 to 4 pages long. But it was the other way around. It was so easy to install the Gazebo. It is at least 2 person job. We were 2 and got it done under a couple of hours. It look and feel very sturdy, we had frind over that was thinking the same thing, and complementing how great it looks 😀. The only thing bad I would have to say, and I am not sure if it was the delivery or came that way, but some of the pieces was a little bent, but nothing that couldn't be easy fixed. I have be shopping for months and I so far, I am very have with this purchase. We haven't had any strong rains, to see how it handles strong rain, but for here and there, comes and goes rain, it has done fine. ... show more

    • Ordering Process Difficult
I had a flawed ordering experience with another seller prior to purchasing from this seller. So before placing the order I contacted ABC Canopy and had a proof designed. They were great with making changes I wanted to my artwork. I contacted ABC Canopy to ensure they could make the canopy if I purchased from this seller and they said they could. I contacted the seller and sent them the proof and asked if they could make that tent. They said they could. All was good up to this point. Then I placed the order. The ABC Canopy company contacted me and said my artwork file was not high enough quality. We went back and forth and I sent them every possible file. Several days later, they said my files were not good enough, and wanted $45 to have their artists make my file work. They did waive this fee, but I didn't think they should try to charge it since I already had a proof from them. The next part of the order process was frustrating because I didn't know what to expect, but it was satisfactory. The frame ships quickly and you get the frame first. Then you wait a few weeks while they make the canopy and any side walls. This portion of the order comes from China. Once they shipped from China I got them a day later! WOW!!! I couldn't believe this. Overall the order arrived just a few days after the expected delivery date. The tent is of acceptable quality for our use and for what we paid for it (Around $625). The fabric is a bit thin. Not like the cheap stuff you get at Walmart, Dicks Sporting Goods, etc but thinner than fabric samples I got from other vendors. Perhaps because other vendors wanted $1400 for the tent. The bag is thin, but I think we got what we paid for. A good tent at a good price. ... show more

10x13. My wife and I put it together in about two hours. The neighbors helped to get the roof on. Instructions were pretty poor. Only had to undo things a few times, on backwards or upside-down type mistakes. Think it through while assembling and take it slow and it works out. Ours is on a wooden deck. I screwed in the base with large wood screws. The unit it very secure. We also scotch guarded to roof canvas which helped. It's really not waterproof, more like water resistant. I suggest spraying the canvas top with Scotchgarde prior to assembly. This helps with the water. Ok for light rain while sitting under it but heavy rain drips through the center. The quality is average. I'm not sure how the welds will hold up under a lot of stress, such as heavy wind or severe rainstorm, but so far, it's doing well. I also purchased the optional 3 yr furniture warranty that Amazon offers since it qualifies as deck furniture. Considering the cost, if we get 3 years of use out of it, it's worth it. Note: If it blows over, you didn't secure it correctly. If it collapsed under the weight of snow, ummm, not surprised. This is not designed to live in, it's designed to provide some shade and minimal shelter. Enjoy it. Update: Several bad storm with 40 mph wind gusts. Solid as a rock.
