4.29.2023 Update. After speaking with the company my issue was resolved quickly. I received a replacement and all is well!! Customer service was great and quick to respond. I am very happy with my product. If you happen to have any issues, please contact the company - they seem happy to help with any issue! The canopy has a lot of holes. I just received it today and promptly put it up as I was excited to have it for shade on my deck. I was disappointed to see so many holes. Also, 3 of the straps that were attached to the canopy to hold it to the frame came off as they were barely sewn on. The seams of the canopy are not very well sewn, I can see through the seams. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the frame seems really sturdy and easy to lift up but it takes 2 people. If the canopy was better constructed I would have given more stars. ... show more

I bought this canopy to use for a sunshade / privacy cover for my hot tub that I could also take down and use for other purposes. I am very impressed with how well it has held up. I did bolt the legs to my patio for extra stability and it has held up perfectly during 2 thunderstorms in the first month with no issues. The side panels fit great and the window panels are a great feature. Overall for the price compared to a full framed gazebo that is not portable I definitely made the right choice. Edit: As well as it withstood the first 3 thunderstorms the 4 was too much for it and the legs buckled. Really can't blame the product though if it wasn't a surprise pop up storm I would have taken it down, so If you get one don't press your luck too far. ... show more

    • This thing leaks so much!
So i bought this tent last year, no issues as i had never had to use it in the rain. Put it up for camping this weekend and it happened to rain. This thing leaks along every single sewn seam. While it’s marked as waterproof it seam it’s just the material but the construction makes this thing useless in any weather other than sunny. ... show more

    • You need at least two people to put this up
I tried it alone, and it just didn't work. I finally got help, and it worked. I ordered this and the canopy I got had a faulty leg, which would not extend all the way down. I contacted the seller, and they immediately sent out another canopy FOR FREE, instead of just replacing the leg. That was awesome. I received the second canopy and had the help of someone to put it up. This one happens to have a leg which does not stay up, so I remedied that myself wrapping a bungy cord around under the notch nice and tight. I did not want to bother the seller again. I was grateful for this one. So folks, there might be some problems with the extension of the legs. Otherwise, I give this 4 stars instead of 5 because 1) there are no complete instructions. Yes. there are instructions, but they do not explain about hanging the sides up...because the way the canopy is made is that once it is up, there are no straight lines to hang the sides on, and the velcro for the middle part (entrance sides) is right where the canopy lines are dipped. I can't explain it until you see it. 2) It is just not a one-person assembly item. I have watched Youtube showing people putting up the canopies alone. I think those are canopies they've had for years and are loosened up. ... show more

    • Fast and easy setup
Everything seems to be high quality, and setup was pretty straight Forward. Two people can set it up, but four would be ideal. Storing it takes up very little space.

    • Get what you pay for
Frame is just okay. A bit flimsy. The Velcro for side walls couldn't be any more cheaply done. One already pulled out from a 6 mph wind. Sides don't hang neatly since there is only a few Velcro spots to hold it up. The wall material is very thin. This isn't going to last me long at all.

This is a huge canopy that can fit 8 people at least. I am planning to take it to a nearby beach for the summer family trip. Just tried to put it together in my living room to test whether it is solid or not and how easy it is to be put together. First it is pretty easy to carry with the size and wheels on the bottom. Second, It is actually bigger than my Texas size living room! See the picture. I am pretty sure it will covet all my family. The frame looks very solid and the cover looks great.     • Will not hold up to wind
I had the tent weighted properly, but the wind torqued the tent, and the metal bent. Once there was a kink in the metal, it wouldn't even fold up for me to recycle it. We had to break a leg off in order to get it to fold.
