I have to take extra D3 daily per my doctor and have been taking the supplement for years. I was running low on my current supply and decided to try these. For supplements, I don't make any recommendations. First, because I don't know the result of taking them for a long period of time. Second, I have no clue about your medical condition or how your body would respond. Having said that, all I can do is give you my thoughts on the product. The bottle came sealed securely. There are 60 capsules and dosage is one capsule per day. It combines D3 and K2. My bottle has an expiration date of 3/2026. I'm not certain where these are made. The bottle says they're manufactured for a company in the USA, but doesn't say where they are manufactured. This is tricky for me because I prefer supplements made in the USA. I will begin taking these as soon as my current supply of D3 runs out, which will be soon. If these cause any adverse effects, I will update this review. ... show more

I have a Vitamin B deficiency, and my doctor recommended taking a B2/K2 combination supplement to enhance the absorption of the B2 by my body. This supplement is easy to take (e.g. doesn't get stuck in your throat, not chalky, etc) and I love that it's a pill, not a gummy.     • Exactly what I needed!
When I got COVID in 2020, I later found out that my vitamin D levels were very low which was further compromising my immunity. My doctor put me on prescription strength vitamin d for a short time and then instructed me to take a supplement. These will be exactly what I need.

While I'm not qualified to rate the efficacy or actual contents of this D3 and K2 supplement, I can compare it to my regular choice. On the one hand, with the 10x brand, one capsule claims to have 125mcg of vitamin D and 90mcg of K2. The capsules are loosely filled with an odorless tasteless white powder. On the other hand, my regular brand, which you can purchase here on Amazon, requires two softgels to get 125mcg of D3 and 200mcg of K2. More than double the K2 per serving, but requires two softgels. The big complaint is price. The 10x brand of supplements may have gotten their name from how much more expensive they are compared competition! 60 capsules for $28 (47 cents per serving) vs $15 for 300 softgels (150 servings, or 10 cents per serving). I can't imagine paying almost 50 cents a day just for one supplement when Amazon has many other brands for far far less. Over the course of a year, these 10x brand supplements would cost me an extra $135! ... show more

Nothing to complain about with these, but I would recommend checking the dosage and deciding if you actually need this much. These contain 2.5x as much Vitamin D as most similar supplements I've seen on a market which might be necessary for some people but I'd recommend talking to a doctor before committing to these since it's likely not necessary unless you have a deficiency. ... show more
