If you read the directions carefully it goes together without a hitch. Some of the pieces are easy to put on backwards, and then the holes won't line up. The metal is real easy to bend while you're assembling it. But once it's together it is pretty solid. Be careful if using a screw gun. As it is easy to strip out the holes if you're not careful. I used a hand screwdriver on the important parts like the door hinges and the door latches. But for the money I think it's a good deal. I built my own floor with it and did not use their flooring pieces. As it already had a low clearance as it is. And I did not want to pour a concrete slab in case I wanted to move it later. ... show more

So my husband and I had been looking to get a shed for our home and came across this one. Read the reviews and ordered it. We were a little worried about the stability of the shed based off of earlier reviews so we went and bought some 2x3's to make an additional interior wood frame for extra strength/stability. We did not need it. The shed is really solid and doesn't have a lot of wiggle to it once fully assembled. It did takes us a few hours to put together but we did not have any issues. I know one of the previous reviews said that the holes didn't line up so we were prepared to make extra holes if needed. Once again, it was not needed. The holes line up if you have 2 people to hold the frame where it needs to be. It has you make the corners and sides square so that it is not lopsided. I recommend taking your time and following the instructions step by step. Do not jump ahead thinking you know where a piece is going to go. My only complaints are that the protection for the pieces inside is not enough. We did have a few pieces wrinkled and bent a little that we had to straighten out. Also, if you are looking for it to be weather tight and keep the rain out, I recommend using some foam sealant around the top edges and the ridge. With the way the wall panels sit on the frame work, it does leave gaps at the bottom so if you want to keep bugs out then I would use foam sealant for there as well. Honestly my husband and I were surprised by the quality of the shed and are happy with it except for the few modifications for rain and pest sealing. P.S. The wood base you see in my pictures is not included. My husband and I didn't want the shed on the ground so we built a platform for it. The shed does come eith four tent stakes for the inside corners on the ground to secure it if you build it on grass/dirt. ... show more

This shed was a nightmare to put together! We spent 7 hours working on it. We then took a lunch break and when we came back, this is what it looked like (see photo). The entire roof collapsed on us. Taking parts of the walls down with it. The close up photo is what a “support bar” ended up as. You can bend the “support bars” with your hands. The lady in the other comment was not wrong when she said most holes are in the wrong spot or they just don’t line up at all. The screws provided were an absolute joke too. Then trying to disassemble this thing and fit all the pieces back into the box for a return was a nightmare. Overall, waste of money and 2 days of our time. DO NOT BUY. ... show more

If your on the fence about getting one of these, I can attest that it is in fact good quality. I found my local home depot was selling one VERY similar, and checking it out up close it was apparent the quality was no different from what I received with this shed. The instructions were alot more straight forward than I thought, nothing all that complex to deal with. If your base/platform is built and ready, you can have this thing assembled and fully operational within 1-2 days. You definitely want to silicone seal this thing all around the bottom, if water/bugs/mice are of any concern. ... show more

The good? It’s not ugly and it will serve its purpose (somewhat). This took a lot longer to assemble than expected- just peeling the plastic off every panel and trim piece had me wanting a margarita. We used levels and squares and the holes still didn’t align. Trying to assemble this when we couldn’t freely access 2 of the walls because of deck fences was a pain in the heinie. Definitely doesn’t feel super sturdy. I bought this to store tools but it’s not completely waterproof so I’m having to spend extra money to make it safe for my power tools.     • A Cheap Shed, But A good Value

I bought this shed to make it into a chicken coop. I bought it because it is $200 cheaper than the one at the local home improvement center. I had looked at the reviews and some complained about the holes not lining up, other said theirs did not have that issue. Well I ended up getting the one mad eon the Friday the dude drilling the holes went home early. There were 3 sections the holes were mis drilled, the holes were drilled but on the wrong side or spaced wrong. All the parts are labeled very well. If your at all mechanically inclined you can assemble this in about 8 - 10 hours by yourself. The screws they send are ok, but if the holes are not drilled correctly dont worry the metal is thin and they will create their own holes. Some of the pre drilled holes stripped out right away, my Milwaukee drill was set on tork 1 and would spin the screws too tight. I did discover something today when I was finishing up. I went to the farm supply store and picked up a bag of 260 3/4 inch pole barn roof screws. That solved all my problems, the screws tape themselves and do not rip loose. It was well worth the $15 They have the rubber washers pre attached so another frustration removed. Mine is on a concrete slab with a 2x6 base that runs under the perimeter, I will be building a floor in it for the chickens. Another thing I added that made it a lot more sturdy was I ran a 2x4 the length of 3 of the 4 walls. There are holes in the panels to attach bolts to fasten the panels together. In the end the shed has ended up better than the shed I would have gotten for $200 more at the the home improvement center. I did not give it 5 stars because of the issues with the holes not being drilled. ... show more

5 hours in and still have only one wall up all the holes not even near where i needed them to be. holes do not align, screws are really small and a pain to use, instructions incomplete, no video available on how to put together take a valium or two before putting this together
