Look closely at the pictures- there are 2 different stoves shown. I got the one without the grates to stir fire. The operation Manuel doesn’t match with the stove. Not very good heat output.

    • Tray locking pin.
Heater is great. Maybe I didn't see this anywhere, but,, make sure you check the plate the pellets drop onto. Make sure the small pin to hold it on place is place where it locks it in place. Otherwise you'll have a big issue. I wasn't smart enough to check and cause a big burn in my wood deck due to excessive pellets flowing out of the tray onto my deck. The media could not be loaded. The Q-FLAME Outdoor Wood Pellet Patio Heater was very easy to put together. It's easy to move around which is a huge bonus for us and puts out a lot of heat when relaxing outside on a chilly night.
