The descriptions are accurate: setup easy, shipped properly & on time, no missing or damaged parts. Speed: flat road saw 33 mph on the display (seemed right). Ride: a bit rough, but it's not a harley... Sturdy construction. Good brakes & lights. Folds easy. Battery life - well, it's not quite what I hoped, but the side roads here have quite a few little hills so maybe it's better on flatter ones. So I have very little battery left after 28 miles or so (almost no pedaling). So for the price, I added $300 for a spare battery & that'll get me maybe 60 miles. Now I'm good to go! ... show more

The Bike is just as advertised. My brother and I are both up there in age and around 235lbs. The bikes handle our size very easily. One of the bikes were damaged during shipping. The seller was super responsive and sent all the parts needed to fix the bike. It was definitely a good purchase. I'm very happy with the service after the sale. It's great to find a company that actually stands behind their product. If you are on the fence- This bike is fantastic and inexpensive. Powerful 12000W motor, 20aH lockable and easily removable battery, easily foldable frame to fit in most car trunks, 3” tires can ride in sand, very comfortable and adjustable seat and handle bars, great ride computer does multiple functions, and comes 90% assembled. It’ll climb 30 degree grades, do up to 30 mph, and like 40 mi without peddling, and 80 mi with peddle assist. A bit heavy at 70lbs ( including 12lb battery), but feature packed. Just arrived today. Delivery was quick and packaging was perfect. Took no time to assemble, instructions are good and it goes together very quickly. A couple of the allen wrenches need to be longer to be effective. After some air in the tires I was off for a ride! My first E-Bike. I've had a 450W scooter for a couple months and I just had to get a bike. I had to make a few minor fixes, but the first ride was nice. Rack bracket didn't match up, had to bend it into place. I got about 55 miles on a charge, awesome. 20 Amp Hour battery is really nice. Powerful motor. Front sprocket was a bit bent from shipping, evened it out best I could. Still won't stay on 7th gear, might have to take it to a shop for a tune up. Seat post doesn't have suspension like it shows, and their seat doesn't really either. I put a softer seat on it with good springs in it. I did email customer support bc I thought the post spring was just smashed, & they sent me a new 1 but it was actually too thin, didn't fit & still no seat post spring. They get an A for effort tho. Main Cons: The multitool, while really cool, doesn't seem to have the reach to tighten the stem screw; Got a set of separate wrenches for $8, keep it with the bike just in case along with couple other wrenches. Also the paint where the frame folds is creaking, & losing paint. Not a big problem; I did tighten the spring loaded connector a bit and it helped; Will have to touch up the paint with something durable. Drilled new holes for front fender mount; It was pressing tight against the wheel, easy fix. I think the 1st assist mode is slightly under powered, but they work great. I keep it between 1&3. Over all I'm loving the bike. Large battery's awesome, was just starting to lose the first bar when I was done really testing the motor, including uphill which was great. Of course the down side is if it dies on you, it's heavy to push but still rideable. I put zip ties on all the cords where they had really thin ones that will break eventually. I did have one break line come in contact with the rear tire at one point; Just needed a couple zip ties. Adjustable handlebar height is awesome, & I love that it has a very sturdy front basket mount. Assist levels 1-3 are mostly what I use. 4 and 5 if you wanna go real fast or climb a steep hill. Brakes are good. Put a big ol basket on it with detachable panniers, it's ready to go fishing/camping/grocery shopping ... show more

Love this bike so far it's amazing! It was super easy to put together and I was riding in less than an hour! Then I charge the battery overnight and the battery is lasted almost 3 days now on one single charge! Second time on the bike pedal assist and throttle wide open it got up to almost 28 miles an hour!!! 👍😎 Love it! ... show more
