I definitely like this bike but I will get the negatives out of the way first. I ordered 2 bikes at the same time and was given only one tracking number for what looked like both bikes. Only one bike was delivered and I was thinking the other had gotten lost. I contacted Amazon and they refunded my money. I was all set to just order another bike, when the seller emailed me saying that they had shipped the bikes separately and provided me with a separate tracking. In the end after about 6 different emails back and forth the customer service came through and worked everything out. The bike arrived a bit scuffed up. The bell didn’t work on one of the bikes and there was a few holes that did not line up correctly to put it together but I was able to still get it together. Once together the bike rides very nice and is very fast. I was able to get it up to 27 mph on full throttle. I went 15 miles using pedal assist and only used a quarter of the battery. The bike folds up nicely but is a bit heavy. Overall I would definitely recommend this bike but just be careful if you order two at the same time. ... show more

Very bad experience. My display broke right after I bought it. I kept trying to contact the seller, but he never responded. Finally, I called Amazon's customer service, but it has not been properly handled yet.

First let me say, I am very happy with the bike. It is well made, easy to put together, packed extremely well, and arrived in great shape. That said, I want to warn you that Amazon (or the seller) requires that you are present with ID to receive shipment. For me this meant three days off, at home, waiting. FedEx notified me Tues that my package would be delivered on Weds., then Weds. at 5pm they told me it would be delivered on Thurs., then Thurs. at 6pm they told me it would be delivered on Fri. $750 plus three days off (waiting) makes for an expensive bike. Additionally, I spent over 4 hours chatting with AIs and finally breathing people from Amazon and FedEx which was a COMPLETE waste of time. The frustration level on this one was off the chart. In summary, it is a great product, with extremely poor customer service (Amazon/FedEx) and delivery. ... show more
