I've had this out of the box and assembled for just 30 minutes, but my first impression is that I am very impressed. The assembly was quite simple and took less than 30 minutes. I even ignored the instruction that it takes two people, and did it all by myself in the backyard. Having plenty of room and reading carefully made it simple. This easily stores the four seat cushions, the four back cushions, and the fourth row pillows for my patio furniture. It seems very sturdy and I'm very happy so far. I don't need a lock but some people have mentioned the lid blowing open. I don't expect that to happen, but I think I will get a metal hook just to stick in there and hold it shut. ... show more

I love this but it wasn't the quickest or easiest to put together for me. It was like every piece would fall when i was trying to put the other pieces but once I did it , it was really sturdy. It is nice and super weatherproof

Purchased this box to use as a delivery box on our front porch and so far it’s working great! Keeps packages completely dry if it’s raining and keeps the packages more hidden from thieves. Super easy to put together no tools required at all.

We use this for blankets by the firepit and extra pillows. I have 8 fluffy blankets and two extra pillows in here. It held up in the rain as well. It's not that big and can be used as a table. Love this. Took my 15 minute to put together

    • Simple box, assembly not hard

We had no trouble assembling this box (230 gal). But when we went to attach the short sides, we stood the box upright (the way it would stand once fully assembled). Also, while I was able to snap the pieces together with a closed fist, my rubber mallet is why we got this done in 20 minutes with no frustration. The hydraulic lid is a nice feature. The indents on the sides serve as handles making it easy to move. Ours won’t be exposed to the worst weather (it’s on a covered porch), so I expect this to last pretty much forever. We have seat cushions that are 25x25x5”. We fit three of those plus the 25x18x10” back cushions, and easily could have fit three more sets. Tons of inside volume. In summer, we plan to just use it to keep the CO wind from blowing our cushions away. But I can see us storing the mower and lawn tools in here during winter. It’s quite large. Very pleased. It took two people to put it together and the instructions weren’t helpful. And when we did follow it, nothing made sense. In the end we figured out that the back panel had to be flipped the other way in order for everything to click in. So the back panel looked backwards at first until the rest of it was built. I have never received an item with better instructions ! English and photos and clear direction. In addition the construction and design of the item make it truely impossible to make a mistake- invariably I must take apart some piece that went in backwards - not this time.
