I didn’t find the sofa comfortable the seller reached out to me and resolved the issue.But it’s still hard and was a waste of my money !!! My guest complained about the sofa as well which was embarrassing. It’s not comfy at all!!! This couch surpassed my expectations by far!!! I hesitated for months on ordering due to the few negative reviews and shipping time. First and foremost, DO NOT listen to the negative reviews. The couch is firm, but as the other review said, it is nowhere near rock hard. In addition, it will take time to fluff up as it's vacuumed sealed. In my opinion, this couch looks and feels better than my $1,200.00 couch. Second, I received the couch three days after placing the order. The assembly was average, but definitely did not take more than 2 hours and you will need two people. I definitely regret not purchasing the couch sooner. A helpful tip is to take the pillows out and fluff them by hand, it makes a HUGE difference. Also, for those stating that they didn't receive the throw pillows, I almost read over the part that states they are inside of the zippers of the armrests. ... show more

I purchased this 100.4" Modular Sectional Sofa back in December 2024, and now that it's April 2025, I feel like I've had enough time to give a fair and honest review. To keep it real — this is probably the most *uncomfortable* sofa I’ve ever bought. I’m not sure what I was expecting, but I definitely should’ve paid more attention to the price point and reminded myself that sometimes, you really do get what you pay for. Let’s start with the positives: This couch is absolutely beautiful. It looks clean, modern, and high-end. The white polyester fabric gives it a soft, cloud-like appearance, and it photographs really well. If you’re someone who prioritizes aesthetic appeal, this couch is a 10/10. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it, and it truly makes my small apartment feel more open and stylish. The design is super practical too — the size is perfect for tighter spaces, and the L-shape with the ottoman gives you flexibility to rearrange based on your room layout. It also comes with two matching pillows which are a nice touch. Another plus: the cushion covers come off, so you can unzip and toss them in the wash — major bonus if you have pets, kids, or just enjoy eating on your couch (like me). The modular feature is also convenient for moving and cleaning underneath. Now for the not-so-great part: The comfort level is just not it. From day one, the cushions were *hard*. I’m talking stiff to the point that sitting for more than 20-30 minutes starts to get uncomfortable. It’s not the type of couch you can sink into after a long day or binge-watch a show on. It feels more like something you’d find in a waiting room or showroom — nice to look at, but not made for lounging. After nearly five months of use, the cushions have softened *a little*, but not enough to make a real difference. I still find myself avoiding long stretches of time on it and using extra throw pillows or blankets to make it somewhat more bearable. Overall, I’d say this couch is best suited for someone who really wants a chic, modern look and doesn’t mind sacrificing comfort. It’s a great statement piece and works well for small spaces, but if you're buying it as your main lounging sofa, just know that it’s more style than substance. Only con is the couch needs some time to break in. After a a week or two of sitting on it gets very comfortable!! This couch looks and feels so well made and very high end. I honestly wasn’t expecting this. It’s comfy, came quickly, it looks way better than I thought. The instructions were easy to follow. the seller even reached out to confirm my address which I appreciated. The company even went the extra mile when sending the couch they put a barrier so when you cut the package you wouldn’t cut the couch. Looks very nice if thats all you’re looking for. If you enjoy lounging in your living room I would keep looking. VERY firm, Metal cage style base, cheap looking velcro straps that hold fabric in place. It also is super awkward sitting in it. The back is short and reaches about mid back for someone who is 6ft.
