Features

  • Canopy Kits include the Fittings only. The canopy poles are not included. The canopy poles (EMT - Eletrical Metallic Tubing) are sold in standardized 10' lengths at any major hardware store. A Cowboy Canopy 10' x 10' Slope Kit uses 10 poles in size 1". These poles must be purchased separately.
  • Cowboy Canopy uses only premium quality EMT Canopy Fittings. They are made of galvanized steel and are rust resistant. The eye bolts have 360-degree welds. These Fittings are built to last decades.
  • Slope, Lean-To Canopy Parts Kits can be used for many different purposes such as DIY carports for RV's, boats, cars, jet skis and motorcycles. Livestock, horse and dog shelters. Shade shelters for outdoor dining, picnics and tailgating. Party tents for outdoor events, festivals, farmer's markets, swap meets and flea markets. Greenhouses and sheds for outdoor workshops and storage and much more.
  • All Fittings have eye bolts which simplify assembly. Simply use the eye bolts to hand tighten your poles to your Fittings. Unscrew to take down. Construct your DIY Canopy with no drills, screwdrivers or advanced skills in construction required.
  • Slope Canopy Kits can be customized to a specific size to fit your needs. The slope angle is 102-degrees, which means there are 2.5" of rise for every foot of run of your roof. Knowing this information allows you to modify your pole lengths. Kits are listed in 10' increments because they are sold in 10' poles. However, this can be changed. For example, a 10' x 10' kit can be custom fit to 8' x 8', or 6' x 8', etc.
  • The Slope roof pitch (102 degrees) is NOT recommended for snow. The pitch is not steep enough to allow shedding of snow. Heavy snow loads resting on your Canopy's roof may cause damage to your Canopy poles, Fittings and surrounding properties. If you live in an area that snows, use a High Peak Canopy instead. The High Peak roof pitch (120 degrees) will prevent excessive snow accumulation.
  • Acts of Nature: Cowboy Canopy is not responsible for Canopy or property damage due to acts of nature. This includes snow, rain, wind, floods, severe storms, or any other naturally occurring event. It is the customer's responsibility to use discretion during periods of severe weather, and take the necessary steps to ensure damage is not caused to the canopy or surrounding property.

Arrived today , started prep ... First step was remove the ugly , over- large bar code tags ... which were fixtured with " eternity glue " plastic tags ..... scrape and scratch spending time to get a crappy result ! Didn't need that , WD-40 plus about 10 - 15 minutes each ... didn't need that ! Smart would have been smaller paper tags with an adhesive that would release with alcohol or acetone . Think attractive is important , no ? Product will be permanent addition to slab adjacent to shop area ... show more

This product is excellent. It makes a perfect little lean too. The fabricators did quality work and I like the lower section that other products don’t offer; it makes it super solid. I Tek screwed corrugated plastic on top and painted the structure black.
