I purchased this item twice. The first tablet ran hot when charging, and would take you out of the app that you were into. If you were streaming a movie, it would close out movie and reload movie to the beginning. Also, the sound of the tablet was terrible! You had to turn it all the way up to the highest notch to hear anything. I sent the first one back and reordered a another one to replace it. The second one did not run hot when charging nor logged you off of movies But one day, after only having it for 2 wks, it just stopped working! Would not turn on! For the price this is a nice tablet, but not something out of the ordinary. It works well with all basic apps and surprisingly the Internet browsing was faster than i expected. The accessories are a nice but not very high standard, for example the case doesn't have a magnet, and cannot fold to form a stand. The pen isn't very helpful, its just a piece of metal with a rubber tip... But again, for this price it's worth it if you don't need high standards ... show more

I use it to watch videos that's about it it's very slow and the resolution is crap! It only charges with the charger it came with I wouldn't recommend maybe for a kid battery life sucks also keyboard is ok and it connects fine but the Bluetooth keeps cutting on and off it slacks speed at all!!

Everything works great on it. The load up time is pretty fast, surprisingly and it looks just like the pictures. Definitely would recommend for children just learning their alphabets and numbers. My son is in love with it. Nice size screen also.
