My bed is a queen size. However, the bedspreads always hang so short, and I prefer a bedskirt. I initially purchased the King duvet set and it still seemed short to me (plus the pillows were obviously too large for my queen). I then purchased the Full/Queen bedspread set (with the fringe, and used the bedspread as my skirt). I do like the two sizes of pillows together. I did not put a duvet insert into the duvet (although it did have buttons and ties). I prefer to roll that down and not sleep with it, and just use a cover. Reason being both the duvet and bedspread seemed to take forever to dry in my dryer (since I used low heat). I want to refrain from having to wash/dry it often, although it did wash up well. It doesn't really shed as I read in other reviews (other than in the dryer of course). It is a decent quality, not too thin. Not exceedingly soft, but okay. It is really pretty and I love it. Still not loving the look of the two together -- I may end up removing one. I really like the fringe - should have bought that one in the king size. Live and learn.... I purchased both as used/returns and both arrived in terrific shape. Overall very pleased with this purchase. ... show more

Love this duvet cover. Simple and so pretty. I’ve had this for a year now and have zero issues with pilling or shedding as some others have mentioned. The duvet insert I purchased is the perfect weight and fluff; we use it year-round (AC in summer). My dog and I look forward to bedtime every night and hate getting out every morning. ... show more

It looks rich and is perfect because it’s 100% cotton so I no longer sweat while sleeping (our previous comforter was microfiber polyester) and it was too hot to sleep in. We decided to purchase a real down comforter with 100 cotton shell, and opted for this elegant medallion duvet. I have washed and dried it prior to using it. There was some shedding as many of the reviews claiming but I didn’t find it to be excessive. I tried using a linen roller and while I went through several strips while rolling over the entire duvet I didn’t find it to be effective enough. I’m considering using the vacuum hose to get the lint off. But it’s not terrible, and I’m hoping in time it calms down and no more shedding. It has a bohemian chic vibe to it. Most the decor in my home is very classy and elegant so I’m appreciating breaking up that theme a little and giving a more shabby appearance to the bedroom decor. All in all I am happy. I was looking for a duvet that was 100% cotton with chenille and I finally found it. Washed and put on my bed and I am shocked at how soft this is!! Great product and 100% recommend. What a beautiful duvet for the price.

Was so excited to purchase this duvet with a gift card I’d received for Christmas, (our old one never fit our king duvet properly so I’d had my eye on this one for a while.) I wanted to love it so bad as it fits our king bed wonderfully, hangs over the sides of bed frame nicely & the textured design is gorgeous BUT sadly it sheds like absolute crazy with fabric pilling everywhere! I washed it on delicate cycle & air dry setting before putting it on our bed. I had to empty the lint trap four times while drying and looked so awful afterwards. I went ahead and put it on my bed anyways and spent 4 hrs with my lint roller & fabric shaver trying to save it. But after two weeks of having to lint roll it every couple of days with it still shedding, I’m giving up on it. If you’re like me and sleep with a duvet because they’re washable, I’d say don’t waste your money unless you don’t mind waking up with white fuzz in your hair and all in your sheets. (Pics posted were after spending two hours lint rolling last night so they really don’t give an accurate portrayal) ... show more
