    • Great machine but already glitching
I have had this machines about 3 months. When I first opened it and began using the product. It was a wonderful experience. Good tasting coffee, grinds beans, warms coffee, the only annoyance was having to use filtered water but...really not the worse thing in the world. I just recently started having trouble with machine. For some reason it no longer wants to stop making coffee with the designated amounts of cups I selected. When I select 2 cups but have 10 cups of water in the reservoir, the machine makes the full 10 cups. I have already troubleshooter by attempting to turn off the machine, unplug it, and even set the program section in hopes that it would work but now I always end up with watered down coffee. I have started to put only the amount of water that I need the machine to make. This way it can only make a certain amount. I plan to reach out to the company to see how they can support.     • Workaround for Weak Coffee
Products operates it just simply does not grind long enough to make coffee. Workaround is for 8 cups of water in well run "10" turn off and then run "2" for a total of 12. Don't worry there is no logic cicutry or anything to mess it up. Not sure what 10 cups in well will take, probably "14" is my guess. Other than that it seems to be doing well. ... show more

I have had this since May and I woke up this morning put water in it, and it just went straight through and all over my counter. I am very sad that I don’t have my coffee today and absolutely loved this coffee maker until today
