This is by far the best of the 6 or more Keurig coffee makers we have owned of similar design. It doesn't make any 'short' cups like the others occasionally did. the 'iced coffee' function works well. The 'strong' button really does make the coffee stronger which is a pleasure. It also offers more more choices for the size of cup so you can top off your mug with the right amount. Warm up time seems to be a bit shorter than previous models, the brew time seems to be the same. The. size seems the same as previous models, it fits in the same tight footprint of the 'closet' on our custom kitchen cabinets. The only things to dislike are that it's more difficult to assess the amount of water in the reservoir from the front of the machine, and the lid of the reservoir doesn't sit in place and tends to get out if place easily. ... show more

Love this Keurig machine! It is a bit larger than the last one we had. Definitely better quality. I love that you have little pictures to choose your cup size, and can choose between hot or iced coffee. And you will always have hot water if you need it; just run it without a pod! Ours died and we had an emergency. This one arrived the next day. Though the color doesn't exactly match our kitchen, we needed one fast so I chose the gold one because it was a next day arrival. I love this coffee maker! I love the color (I have it in gold), the size, and its versatility. This machine (compared to my Keurig 2.0 which served me well for several years) is a great replacement. It holds a lot more water and is light-weight, which was surprising, considering that it is programmable and can perform so many tasks. It also takes up less space than my 2.0 did.
