I Installed it myself and I can say it does require some knowledge about Amplifiers and Automotive Wiring but with that being said I did not have a Compatible Wiring Harness for my Car due to it being a New Vehicle in production but I was able to figure it all out and directly wired it to my Stereo. The Sound is Amazing and for the price you cannot beat it! Another note is the Bass Controller I never go above halfway mark on cause I have no need to cause it has enormous amount of Bass! I read a review where someone complained about the thickness of the wire and how much conductor was inside the wire. Yes, this wire does have a thick insulation. But inside is 10 gauge wire. Good for up to 30Amps at 60 deg rating 40Amps at 90 deg rating. That’s plenty for an amp this size. I will throw some base out that amp and see how much current it pulls at 85% volume. But I’m betting it’s about 15-20A. Chips are a lot more energy efficient now than they were 25 years ago. I’ll also review the bass the amp/speaker pushes out. It is a very small and low profile package. Let’s see what they did. I’ll try to update after the install. So far everything looks great! ... show more
