So, this is my fifth infrared sauna in 20 years. They have all been considered a 1/2 person sauna. The fact is that with heavy use they just do not last too long. Some last longer than others. I will give you my impressions after my 1st use. 1. It is really small and short. You are very close to the front glass. I'm almost 6 feet and a 2x guy and it is just at the tolerable level. 2. Cause it's small it heats up fast. 3. No button but bluetooth comes on automatically 4. Very interesting stone type thing for your feet that you can turn on or off 5. Door heater...pretty cool 6. EASIEST TO ASSEMBLE AND LIGHTEST SAUNA EVER- any dude and any woman with good upper body strength can put this together. Took me longer to unbox it and transport it to my man cave that assemble it. 7. Decent Quality Cons: 1. Only goes to 140... I like 145 better 2. Temp gauge is not very accurate. Hits 140 and shuts off. Drops to 134 before turning back on. I just squeeze the thermometer with my fingers and it fools it. 3. If you are a smaller guy and a normal sized woman you are good to go. Tall dudes or if you have long legs...do not buy. I have a longer torso and shorter legs and my knees are almost at the door. You will be really uncomfortable. The truth. I needed a sauna to last a year or two and throw away when we move and I just don't like sitting in other peoples sweat at the Y. So I bought this and it is ok. However, my last two saunas have been Dynamic Saunas from Costco and their customer service and ultra low emf are excellent. I used theirs every day, literally beating them up and they last 5 years, and I am hard on them as I sweat a lot. Once I hooked my Dynamic up to a generator when the power was out and blew the board. (yes, I am an idiot but I was bored, my wife has informed my of my idiocy! haha) They sent me a new board even after I told them it was may fault! If you want one that lasts, if you only use it a few times a week, they will last forever. Also Dynamic saunas ships for free. I think you can get them on Amazon as well. Huge Tip for Sauna Use- get the wooden backrests. If you sweat on the wood of the sauna protecting your back it will rot and eventually shock the crap out of you...like it did me. If you have a heater in the bottom use a cheap towel to soak up your sweat cause if you get the wood above the floor wet enough it will transmit electricity ... and shock the crap out of you like it did me! Just got this today and im impressed so far. The assembly was super easy. Unpackaging was the hardest part. The temp has reached 120 degrees in 15min. Using this in combination with an ice bath is awesome. Uses a normal 15amp plug so nothing extra needed. If anything else, i will revise. Happy sweating UPDATE: Worth every penny. Temp gets to 149. Only cretique is for them to have a preheat timer in the clock. i have to bring the timer up when im about to get in. Doesnt bother me much. Other than that this thing will make you sweat. I love it once it’s hot, it takes 40 minutes to heat and only heats to 149. The temp button has to be touched just right for it to change. I love the price for 2 person I sit sideways and it’s just what I wanted.

I find no use for the "reading" light. Why would anyone be reading in a sauna, why would anyone want to sweat over a book or a Kindle. What I could and would use, is a small ceiling fan. My lower legs and feet are always cold when using these. Being Infrared, they heat by generating radiant energy. This has an effect where the air near floor level is cold, and cold air is heavy, warm light. It would be nice to have the option to swap out the no purpose light for a small fan in its place that could push the much warmer ceiling air to the floor. The fan could use the same hole, and same electrical connection, and on/off switch. ... show more

So...right off the bat... Interior is 6' 2". I'm 6' 245lb. This two person corner unit is a space saver but limits the interior space if youre a bigger person. Everything arrived safely packaged and unpacking definitely takes longer then building. 45 minutes to build with Two people. It does have the colored chromotherapy lights. It has a white interior And one white exterior light. Two Bluetooth speakers that are more then adequate. A foot plate that warms your feet as well as legs, and back. I've used it a handful of times. Takes about 30 minutes or so to warm up.. definitely hits 149°. I used four blocks of 2x4's in the corners to hold up the roof while I pushed the molex connectors together. Very easy to build. Expect three separate boxes to arrive weighing around 100 pounds or so each. Also grab a few trash bags for packaging materials !! I cannot speak to efficiency nor longevity but I will update in a few months. ... show more
