One side of the comforter is a denim-look microfiber and the reverse is just a coordinating blue, slightly lighter colored than the denim and beautifully matched. The fitted sheet is also quite soft, with full elastic all the way around. The regular sized shams are the same as the comforter, with denim-look on one side and the somewhat lighter blue on the reverse, the other two pillowcases are the same as the sheets. It's quite nice set for those who like the denim look but not the stiffness. There is no listing of thread count that I could find, but be assured this set is very soft and silky-feeling. I've had to wash the entire set several times to eliminate the odor of the dye, but now it seems like that's all gone. Knocked off 1 star for how much effort I have had to put in to remove the smell of the dye, if not for that I would have given 5 stars. Recommended! ... show more

This comforter set exceeds my expectations. I love how soft and light it is. Normally when you buy a comforter set it tends to be very heavy while you sleep but not this one. This comforter set has all the advantages of a lighter more comfortable set. The sheets and pillow cases are soft and they feel so nice against the skin. The look of the material is also beautiful. When you walk into your room and see the texture you can tell it's a high quality item. It washes perfectly and when it comes out of the dryer you have almost no wrinkles at all. By the way, if you live in cold weather or have a cold bedroom, this will keep you super warm, I almost don't want to get out of bed! The sheets are soft and comfortable. The comforter is pretty nice and warm for how thick it is. This set is good for the summer months. You would probably want to add a blanket for the winter months if you live somewhere that gets cold in the winter. The sheets and comforter fit my queen bed perfectly. The first thing I noticed about this comforter and the sheets is the softness of the fabric. I had never heard of cationic fabric but it’s a modified polyester. It’s light and soft and just cradles you when you get under the comforter. It has a decent amount of filling and is fluffy. The comforter has a linen-look but not the rough-ish texture of linen. I machine washed and dried the sheets and they came out perfect - no fraying no damage and very like wrinkling. I put the comforter in the dryer to fluff it up but haven’t washed it yet. The color is slightly different from what was represented on my laptop. It looks like a very light taupe on my screen, it’s actually a very light tan. The icing on the cake is that it’s beautiful and an amazing buy for the price. Highly recommend. ... show more

Now, though, she's not sure if she's going to go back to them because this set is so soft and comfortable. I love this bedding set. It’s the fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillow cases. It’s fit my king size like a glove and the blanket has nice overhang on the sides. The material is very soft and it did well in the washing machine before my first use. The blanket is a comfortable weight.
