    • Good Quality camera at an amazing price
Camera met all of my needs. The camera its self has good picture quality, Nigh vision makes objects clear without shadowing in any part of the frame, and the motion detection is spot on. All for an amazing price. Picture Quality: Sometimes faces are little blurry if to the side of the frame or moving quickly (Noticed this with a bike rider). I rated 4 stars here because honestly this isn't a 200+ dollar camera so issues like this is to be expected. However, the app does offer quick button screen shooting and has image still to review before play back. This helps a lot with this issue. Night vision: Very impressed. There is not shadowing over overly dark areas in the frame. The picture is very clear and it doesn't seem to limit the range or field of view. Rated 4 stars because the automatic adjusting is slightly delayed. But once again this isn't an overly expensive camera. The only real flaw I could see here is direct headlight exposure causing some recording issues or if someone knew a camera was there could bypass the night vision with a bright led for a short moment. Motion Detect: This is where my expectation for this camera was far exceeded. I have this camera on my balcony and under cover of the overhang. This was the most discrete and protected area for my needs. Was expecting some issues with Motion detect. However, I was very surprised when the camera detected objects from across the street. It took very little time to adjust the settings to a higher mode and this camera took off with grabbing every "person" motion it detected. This will impact battery life (obviously) however I have had my camera up for a little over 3 weeks now and have only lost 1 bar of power level (This included my initial testing and setup in which I triggered a lot of motion and watched the real time feed for long periods of time). Setup and Network: Camera can only be setup on 2.4GHz band, which makes sense because of the distance and penetration limitations of 5GHz. So given the option between the two it would be beneficial to use 2.4 regardless. Setup took only minutes and the app walked through the process with clear instructions. Hardest part was getting the camera to read the required QR code. The mount was easy to install and adjust with a good enough range of motion to meet most needs. Also the mount makes it fairly easy to remove the camera for charging but enough work that someone cannot just pluck the camera and walk away without notice. Security: Camera runs on the basic expected ports. Wont go too far into port and protocol here. However, for common users the biggest security feature that really impressed me was in the app design. The app only allows the active account to be signed in on ONE device at a time only. This may be seen as a hinderance, however, it keeps malicious parties from being able to highjack the account and watch on another device without extra steps and without notice. The app does allow for another account to be created and then the device to be shared. But again this requires another step. Big shout on this one because of the thought-out safeguard here. Over all: Grate quality camera at an amazing price. This isn't a top of the line expensive device but a lot of bang for the buck. Was recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap easy and secure option. ... show more

I have 2 cameras, one on my front porch and the other on my back porch, and one of them stopped working. I attempted to replace it with the same camera (Kamtron), but apparently that company went out of business. I found your camera and it looked virtually the same as the one I was replacing, so I bought the 2 pack and am very happy with it. Fortunately, I was able to add my one remaining Kamtron camera to the Zumimall App, so if that one stops working, I already have a replacement.     • Only 1 small issue, awesome product!
Easy to use out of the box. The instructions guide you through downloading the app and is written in simple English. The app will walk you through the setup and the guide will show you the steps that you will be seeing on the screen in case you are confused the first time. I was also confused on how to share the feed do both me and my wife can view the Camara from our phones, well guess what, they include a video on their app to explain it and show you how to do it. The night vision is awesome and I like that I can turn off the status light. We put one in our sons room as he is special needs and sometimes wakes up at random hours like 2 or 3 in the morning some days, sure enough he woke up at 3am this morning and I was able to view him and speak to him quietly to go back to sleep instead of opening the door or telling through the wall, he doesn't go back to sleep but we still tell him too. I went running up in the mountains and got to the top of valley Vista at skyline regional park (Arizona) and my phone chirped. I was able to still see him and soak to him. Turns out I have great service up there as I could not do the same in the parking lot where my service is always poor. Only issue I have is the motion detection for my use, my son was in his room and the thing would be sending my phone notifications about every ten seconds. I understand this camera is built for that and I have found settings allowing you to set a timer to only notify during certain hours, but no seeing showing how often you want it to notify you. Now this is the outdoor version I was testing indoors and the Indoor version arrives next week, maybe the platform will be a little different? Overall this thing is awesome and has exceeded my expectations. You can view live feed as well as the motion detection and it can save videos to your cell phone I found out by accident. If it detects motion and you don't have a card in you can hit record and it will save the data to your phone or other device. I was worried about quality with price and didn't want something super cheap, but I gotta say there isn't really anything on this that says cheap. Hope this review helps. ... show more

This is my 3rd Zumimall camera. I love that they are totally wireless and that they use a rechargeable battery. These fit my needs perfectly and work well. The app is simple enough and provides all the functionality I need without purchasing the cloud service. The picture is great quality and the motion sensors work great to record clips while I'm not home. As a matter of fact, they caught the delivery guy backing into one of my vehicles and the footage helped a lot with insurance. They've already proven so useful! I keep getting more every time I notice them on sale! Definitely recommend. ... show more
