Before using this product, I was trying to use a spoon to mix things in my coffee (such as protein powder) and I needed a better way. This little handheld device solved that. It quickly and efficiently mixes everything in the cup. I usually warm up some oat milk, then put in some instant coffee, cinnamon, protein powder, collagen powder, and acacia powder. Now, I've noticed the acacia powder gets gummy and likes to stick to spoons, sides of cups, teeth (if not properly mixed), but this little thing usually does a good job mixing it. I do sometimes have to rub/scrub the stirrer with my fingers while I'm rinsing it under water to get gunky stuff off of it (especially checking inside the whisk portion, since powder gunk was hiding there once), but some days, only rinsing under hot water seems to be efficient to get it all. So, I'm impressed. It's also hard to mix my coffee concoction with the stirrer without it forming any foam, so if you don't like foam, I'm not sure what to tell ya. This product looks and feels nice in the hands, seems very well constructed, and looks very nice. I remember my parents having a stirrer 20-30 years ago, and I like this one a lot better. I feel fancy picking this one up and using it, and I love the little stand. I've been using this little stirrer almost daily for a little over two months, it looks like, and I think it's about time to replace the batteries. It still works, but it's a little slower now. My first Zulay frother I received as a gift and is still working two years later. I bought another one for my Airbnb and a few weeks later it stopped working. I picked a different brand up at a local store and it was terrible. It was then that I realized based on another Zulay review on Amazon that they had a lifetime warranty. I called the company and not only got to speak to a human, (which is rare nowadays) but the staff member was friendly , accommodating and emailed me a replacement invoice and shipped me a new Zulay frother right away. The spin of the Zulay frother is smooth and it fits in your hand very comfortably! I bought a third one for a gift for my sister who loved the froth on her coffee which I sprinkle with ground cardamom and cinnamon for a fabulous coffee drink! Love the item but my review is on their customer service. Well over a year after I had purchased my frother it would not turn on. Because I had registered my initial frother, and due to their lifetime warranty, I reached out to the company to see what they had to say. Like I said, it was well over a year, and their customer service person ask what color replacement I wanted and within a week it arrived. I did pay shipping for the replacement item but other than that nothing out of pocket. They were so nice and accommodating to my issue. Mid Feb 2025 - The company reached out to us when we posted the review. An explanaiton of how to adjust the batteries was provided BUT we had already tried this and it didn't work for us. They explained that they were willing to give us a replacement to honor ther lifetime warranty. It is rare that a company will stand by the product and replace it in a timely manner. For this reason, we are giving the tool and the company 5 starts. It is refreshing to deal with such integrity and efficiency. Early Feb 2025 - We have loved, loved this milk frother and have used it every day for right up to a year. It makes great foam in less than a minute. Most days it is a powerful little tool and comes with a stand perfect for the coutertop near the coffee maker.About half way thru we found that the batteries sometimes had to be repositioned to keep it working. However, today (almost exactly one year later) it has stopped working. Will order another BUT we wish it were more durable/had lasted longer. ... show more

I had no idea these little froth’s even existed until I stumbled across one on Amazon. Ordered it not expecting much and through some trial and error have been perfecting my technique. Easy to set up and use, comes with a great stand, and appreciate the assortment of colors to match any decor. Also love that it is battery operated so no cord or outlet needed. I typically use this on a couple tablespoons of half-and-half then after it’s whipped up, I add some flavoring and a pinch of Stevia then pour it on my coffee. Love this so much. UPDATE 2/6/2025 This company is the BEST! They reached out to me letting me know my frother had a lifetime warranty. They quickly sent out a replacement and a mini frother as a gift. This new frother has a better connection and is super powerful. I accidentally sent my bad unit back to them and they refunned that money as well. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I wanted to love this frother but twice now after using it only to frothing coffee in the morning one time a day, it's stopped working. It's most likely a contact issue. I got it working again after the first time but today it won't work again. One year not even 365 times. I love that it has its own stand but I expect it to last at least a year with normal use. ... show more
