I bought this for my son past year who i now 12 and a half. He had alot of emotions bottled up inside and i had hoped this would give him a way to let it all out. It was easy to install. I actually hung this on our front porch by boring a hole through one of the porch roof beams. Im a single mom of two so im a jack of all trades. It was easy to secure for me. We filled it wirh old clothes and fabric. Its heavy and swings easily while working the bag. I love that it came with the hardware to install it as qell as the chain to hang it from and boxong gloves. They are made of quality parts. It still looks brand new. Great way cor adolescent boys to release pent up emptions or frustrations as their bodies change. It gives them something to focus their anger or frustation on which helps them work through emotions too. My sons father died last November f re om his second fight with cancer. I was really worried my son would hold that pain inside amd it would develop in an unhealthy way. But when he gets angry or upset instead of punching walls or doors he will go outside and work that bag a while. To me it was worth the price. Very easy to fill up. Just use sheets or blankets or towels that are older and maybe worn but not wet or nasty and fill the bag then hang and punch it. It comes with everything besides the filling. Amazing price and you get to fill it how you want to
