What a waste of my money such garbage!! Ordered this phone for work because I thought it would be a little more durable within a week it started acting funny and it hasn't worked right since. It is a simple setup. I prefer flip phones. A caller sound notifier is a default setting. messages are silent and appear on main screen. Voice come across loud and clear. Weather warning,etc can be set up as a selected sound. Easy to you. However, it does not have ability to use wifi. However, since we are in a cell tower dead zone, I connected the phone when at home to bluetooth with my iPad. Then once again, good reception loud and clear. Nice easy phone to use. I wish it didn't have internet, I must have been misinformed online. It takes a long time to turn on with Kaios. It does work with Verizon prepaid however so that is good (2022).

    • You can not get it activated Verizon worked for hours three different days nothing.
These will not activate .We got three of them .The first one in January but it was activated in late February and lasted one month when they went to add minutes it locked up all over again and would not unlock .It took Verizon two and half hours to get it unlocked the first time .It was impossible to do a second time .Is the problem Verizon or is it locked by the company you buy it from don't know .The two I got last I had ordered before the other phone locked up . They could not be unlocked they are the ones that got worked on for three days nothing. BEWARE ... show more
