Mine was the largest size. They look just like the photos. First thing to notice is they are heavy, 1 lb 3 oz each. The foam types are about 6 oz. so you will find that these require a tight fitting bra to keep them from dragging the bra down or shifting. Second is that they feel just like a real breast.
