I got these for my granddaughters for early Christmas presents. One of them wouldn’t hold a charge, and it was way past the return window. I contacted the company itself. They answered my email within minutes…on Thanksgiving day! They apologized and promised to send a new one to my granddaughter right away. And I didn’t have to return the defective one. This has been the coolest thing. I have to admit I expected it to be a short lived entertainment, but no — my 4 kids spend hours playing with it, jumping through it, looking up tricks, and laughing together. One string did break - I guess just from wear from using it so much? We had two more strings thankfully. Plan to order more for Christmas stockings ... show more

On video, it looks nice. For real, this product is a beta and shouldn’t be sold. As soon as the string tangles, which happens often, the device shuts off and can’t do anything anymore. The only way to reset is to connect with a power source. That is a shame because this interrups the playfulness, especially when you’re outdoor and not near a power source. Second, they say it has a USB-C connector. But in fact, it’s a USB-A system in a USB-C shape. To explain this: you can’t charge it with a normal USB-C cable (which we have a lot at home). Every time you have to use their USB-A to USB-C cable, otherwise it won’t charge. Also this is building up a barrier instead of a careless use. Where is the love of creating a great product, especially because it exists for years and they could fix this. ... show more

Their shipping and communication is extremely slow. I generally do not tolerate this but , it was Christmas. Amazon actually informed me about lack of communicating with them and notified me. As far as the toy goes it works pretty well but does tangle very easy. I myself have only watched my adult daughter use it.
