I was a little concerned with ordering this frame as it had very few reviews and half of them were bad, but I took the risk anyway as everything else in this price range didn't look as nice, or wasn't as sturdy. I had also ordered another similar frame from a company with 30,000 reviews and it was an obvious return with a messed up box and broken pieces. Thankfully Amazon's return policy is flawless just in case something arrived damaged. The frame arrived new and well packed, everything was in great condition. Sure the instructions could be a bit more verbose, but it was enough to figure it out on my own without much trouble. I also built it by myself, although its always helpful to have a second person. Just a note, don't tighten any bolt fully until you are basically done building it. It really does look good, its ultra sturdy and feels like no amount of weight or movement will break it. My mattress fits on it nicely and I am really very satisfied with this bed frame. Couldn't have worked out any better. ... show more

The bed frame is beautiful, but it was quite a lot of work to get together. The instructions were clear, but after assembling all the parts, one of the slats was missing and the main support beam for the bed was also missing from the box. Amazon customer service sent us a replacement bed frame and the replacement had a cracked headboard. We had to use parts from both packages to assemble 1 full bed frame. After getting all the parts assembled, the bed looks beautiful and supports our mattress well. Me and my husband have had this for about a year now and we love it. There is a bunch of space underneath it for store a bunch of boxes we don’t use regularly. You can always tell with one of the bolts needs tightened because it will give a small squeak when getting into the bed.
