I recently purchased the Zinus 14-Inch Metal Bedframe for my queen-sized mattress, and overall, I am quite satisfied with its performance. Easy to assemble. Takes about 45 minutes or less. Comes with a ratchet wrench and Allen wrench so no other tools needed. Well made, fit properly, no issues. Sturdy enough for any realistic weight that's going to be on a bed. Mattress may have a tendency to slide if you pounce on the bed. No pouncing, no issues. Nice product. A dust ruffle may be problematic with this frame, however. I can't figure out how you would attach a dust ruffle so that it would stay in place. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have had my been frame for 8 months now and the comfort is great, the quality is perfect, and it was simple and easy to put together. The metal is sleek and the frame its self comes in several different bed sizes. It’s easy to lift and move to preferred areas, and the noise laying down is nonexistent. Some of the holes didn't line up perfectly but assembly wasn't too difficult. It only took 15 or so minutes from start to finish. It also came with a nice rachet tool. I didn't realize you have to disassemble the front and back legs every time you put it away. But it would take like 3 minutes to put them back on when you put it up. I (a fairly handy female with a bad back) was able to put together the queen-sized frame by myself in an hour or so using just the tools provided in the box. I appreciated that they included an extra package in the box with extra parts and a better wrench to make installation easier. Once put together, I put the box spring and mattress on the top and tested it out. It seems sturdy and I didn't detect any squeaks. I wasn't able to fit the large storage containers I wanted to underneath (they were like an inch or less too tall) but I was able to hide away a lot of other items to help clear up my craft room/guest room area for my in-laws' visit. Why the item title and/or description doesn’t include the folding feature (narrow twin) I can’t comprehend because I’d have bought it sooner if it had. Easy assembly, sturdy, and folds in half for storage after unhooking the 4 end leg braces (by loosening 4 wing nuts). I have purchased this item 3 times, needless to say I am very happy. It is unbelievable how easy it was to put this together! This piece can really be assembled by a single person. It is light enough to carry on your own. All of the parts and screws were the same size so there is no guess work, such as is this 5/8 screw or a 5/9 screw frustration experienced with other products.
