Just received the chair and ottoman - really comfy, cozy (fuzzy version), not so small, bigger and more substantial than the average accent chair (we are 5'5'' & 5'11" and both feel pretty comfortable hanging out on it in our reading nook). Also very stylish, love the stitching and 'baseball glove' look. Product arrived well packaged, no damage or scratches or squashed cushions. Easy to assemble - 30 mins max. Most importantly, customer service follow through was great after an initial supply chain hiccup. I ordered the chair on Nov 3 and received a 'product has shipped' notice the next day. 3 days later, the Seller contacted me to state that he could not see any movement from the warehouse/facility, even though the label had been created & said he thought it had been lost by the shipper or facility. The Seller let me know that the color/version I wanted was out of stock so could not immediately resend but said that s/he would get more and could resend in 2 weeks. It was evident that the Seller had been monitoring my order and I was happy to receive the information - both on the reason for delay and his assurance of more stock. I had no timeline issues so I agreed to the later date. The Seller responded to all my inquiries, further kept me informed with multiple messages over the course of 2 wks and provided a tracking number on the new, promised ship date two days ago. I was prepared to be disappointed because I loved the picture of this chair so much. I was afraid they wouldn't live up to that, but they do. They're sturdy and comfortable and well-made and such a unique look. They arrived five days earlier than expected, and all the parts were there with clear instructions. Very comfortable . Fast and very well packaged . I have been using it for a few weeks now and it has held its shape very well . Attaching the back to the bottom is such a hassle . But thankfully , there are not that many pieces to put together . Just 4 or 5. So far so good . I chose this over another option because the style is great and matches with everything . One of my favorite ever amazon purchases. Blue velvet chair. The material is super soft and I as a plus-size person sits very comfortably. One of the screws was difficult to put into place but we were able to make it work. The swivel features work great and both the chair and ottoman feel very sturdy. We both love the faux fur / sherpa texture that's very in right now and this had that as well. I found this chair unexpectedly easy to put together and very very comfortable. I'm a reader and will sit for 4 plus hours reading books. For years I've been in search of the perfect reading chair, and this is it! Other chairs hurt my back or my hips but this one is perfect. It's soft, cozy, and you can sit so many ways in it and be comfortable, including cross legged. I'm in absolutely in love with this chair. My only critique is that it is off white, not white, and my decor is strictly white based with pink accents. But it's a small price to pay for the perfection and comfort of this chair. ... show more

The chair and the materials seem to be of decent quality, and could be comfortable. The issue here is that the chair forces you into a 90-degree seated position with no give on the back so it is not very comfortable to sit in, especially being 6’1 and 235 lbs, as the back is pretty low on me. If the back of the chair had some give, or a rocking ability, this thing would be amazing. But I have had it for several days and don’t even sit in it because im uncomfortable pretty quickly. 5’9 and under would probably love it. ... show more
