I'm 5'5, 190ish lbs, 40DD, and wear size 14/16, usually XL. This is a lovely dress for summer/spring, brunch, showers, date night, etc. Looks exactly as pictured. It's pretty much maxi length on me. I love a colorful flowy dress and I cannot stress enough how beautiful this dress made me feel. I wore it to a farmer's market and I recieved compliments left and right and a police officer even asked me to dance with them lol I love the one shoulder look, it is comfortable and very light and long. The torso is a tiny bit longer than I'd like but I'm also pretty short. I wish I had a better picture of the whole thing, but I'll update when I wear it out again. I got the XL & for reference I usually am a size 16/18 in dresses, 5ft tall. I think the price is a bit steep for the type and quality of dress; if it were more affordable I'd probably by a couple more patterns, but I definitely believe I chose the best pattern :) hope this helps! ... show more

This dress was perfect for a summer wedding! I loved the fit and the vibrant colors. I’m not sure how long it will hold up- it had some loose threads around the seams right out of the package, but shouldn’t be a big deal if you’re only going to wear it occasionally.

The color was lovely (teal floral) but keep in mind rayon wrinkles easily— this dress is very very thin & has no lining. Came completely wrinkled in the box— and seems to run small. I’m a typical small, 5’3, about 34b and 105 lbs. The size small still felt small in the chest area, though the length was good. I may size up to a M. If you have sensitive skin, are on the spectrum or neuro-divergent etc and are sensitive to material, I would definitely size up. It was so close-fitting in the chest that it was scratchy and uncomfortable for me. Also, it will fit more like a maxi in length for us shorter folks, which I liked. But be aware that the dress is made in China. It’s a good option for a rayon dress if you’re trying to stay away from the more synthetic poly or viscose (rayon comes from natural wood pulp/plant fibers but is still processed with chemicals). If this doesn’t bother you it’s worth trying— there was no strong scent or chemical smell in the package, if that’s a concern for you… just consider sizing up. ... show more
