I bought these sleeves after severely breaking my humerus bone in my left arm. After having surgery to install a plate and 8 screws, I had a 10 inch surgical scar and a ton of swelling from my shoulder to the tip of my fingers. I started out using ace bandages for compression...but they caused my arm to sweat (especially in the Texas heat) and get itchy, especially where the surgical wound was. These sleeves add the same compression, but wick moisture away, which greatly reduced the itching. My arm is healing nicely, I have kept swelling in check, and most importantly, I am comfortable. A nurse tipped me off on athletic compression sleeves as something to consider, and I would recommend these. The Zensah sleeves are high quality, long (I can pull mine basically from my wrist to armpit), and comfortable. The elastic ends keep them in place all day long. I look forward to wearing them to golf and to run when my arm is fully healed. ... show more

Bought these last minute for my son’s Cross Country state meet as the weather took a drastic cold turn. They are fantastic, fit like they should and compressed his arms to help with the cold. Definitely buying more for other cold sports like soccer and football.

The sleeve, singular, appears to be great. Seems like it would be warm. I like the weight of the material and it feels like it would be comfortable to wear... If I had the pair. I'm returning it in hopes of getting an actual pair this time. Will update review if they come in as expected.

I bought these to use at the 2022 Amsterdam Marathon. I've never used arm sleeves before, but I have used Zensah calf sleeves for years, to help prevent calf strains. I decided to try these, since I've read that they help prevent your core from losing heat/energy to heat your arms and legs, which I attribute to my calf strains and perhaps a recent hamstring strain. I'm also wondering if some shoulder tightness, I usually get during long races, were prevented too. Through the race, I felt them keeping my arms warm when it was a cool,wet 55 degrees at the start, and then kept them cool as the sun came out and the temperatures rose. I went for the small size, which was at the border of the 14" circumference I measured my arms at. I am 5' 10" and 155 lbs. They stayed snug through all 26.2 miles, I never had to adjust them and I barely noticed they were there. They also made me look good!! Not saying these helped with my speed, but I did get a 13 minutes personal best from previous marathons!! ... show more

    • Returned because this caused uncomfortable pressure on nerve in underarm area

I ended up returning this because I was between 2 sizes. I exchanged the smaller size for a larger size, but neither seemed to provide the compression and fit I was looking for. Both sizes I tried were tight fitting at the top bands (which I assume is necessary to help them stay in place), which caused too much pressure on my ulnar nerve- making my hands tingle. They seem to be well made, but as much as I tried, I couldn’t alleviate the uncomfortable pressure at the top of the sleeves. I wonder if a wider band at the top of the sleeve would have caused less pressure. ... show more

I ordered the Large/ExtraLarge; I was blown away when I unboxed them. They go to to my elbow; made nicely so will keep them. Photos a bit misleading showing dudes with big guns. If I’d known I would have bought XXXLL if there were such a size.
