Finally, a sensible bulk substrate that doesn't break the bank. It is absolutely appreciated. I go through 2 of these bricks every month, you have a customer for life. Pro tip: never throw away your used mulch. Our used mulch is utilized in our garden beds. Not only is it attractive but the smell of my pythons keeps just about everything from our property. No cats, squirrels, ground chucks, skunks,deer...only nosey neighbors 🙄 ... show more

My enclosure is 24x24x48, and the yield of this brick is still too much bedding. Not a bad problem to have, as usually you have to keep adding because you didn't get enough in the first place.

It takes a little time up front to soak it and have it ready to use, but as you can see from the picture it's well worth the time as it makes a happy home for your pet. Made more than expected and it's softer than reptile bark.
