  • Exactly what I needed for my hermit crabs
Color: Brick
This eco-Earth is exactly what I needed for my hermit crabs. One brick does about a 60 lb bag of sand. I will have to purchase two more bricks because I have a 55 gallon tank but purchasing it in the brick form like this is a lot cheaper and space saving then if I were to have to purchase it in the loose form. ... show more

  • Great product
Color: Brick
I mixed this brick with leftover ReptiBark for my 10 gallon ball python tank, which was due to a first time error in my judgement. The one brick wasn't working, and the humidity was way too high, so I ended up mixing it up with ReptiBark, and haven't had a problem since. I now have her in a 40 gallon, but as I like to have extra substrate on hand, I do recommend this. I don't know that it has a smell- certainly not one of plastic or chemicals, as mentioned before in another review. It kind of reminds me of a forest in the nose sense. I am on some snake groups on Facebook and they all have recommended Reptichip for perfect humidity control, and I do agree with them. This keeps humidity well, and is easy to maintain it by just mixing up the substrate in the tank or dampening it a little. I feel it's extremely easy to clean, much more economical compared to pet stores, is a well known brand, so I will continue to buy it from here. I do hope that helps others decide whether to get this or go with another product. ... show more

  • Good quality
Color: Brick
I really like this coconut fiber for my leopard gecko. It’s easy to use and has no funny smells. I only use it for his moist hides. He seems to enjoy it also. I was using moss before but it dried out to fast and he didn’t seems to like it as much. Also just one brick will Last a long time once you break it up and get it wet a little goes a long way. It can be a little messy but I just handle it over the sink or in the tub so clean up is easy after get it wet . ... show more

  • Great for Breaded Dragons
Color: Brick
We brought Watson into our house and were told to use walnut shell. In recent posts I had seen that it can cut the animal microscopically but still..... He must live in hard rough material. I found this and we cleared out the enclosure making sure to wash everything. We added one brick but felt that it needed another. He does like laying in it and rubs on this matrix where he seemed to keep off of the ground walnut. He seems happy. ... show more
