Years ago, I had a BOSE speaker that I loved, although quite pricey. This Zealot speaker reminds me of the deep rich sound akin to the much pricier BOSE. The subwoofer adds to the quality and outside, the sound is very loud. I have a big yard on the water near the Gulf of Mexico and thought the sound wouldn’t carry too far, but it does! Amazingly so! I didn’t even have it to its full volume!!! Not being a huge techie, I appreciate the ease of the Bluetooth connection. Could not have been easier. It comes fully charged and I am not sure how many hours I played it today, but it was at least 7 and it still has a lot of charge left. The speaker is sturdy and easily portable. Not sure how all that sound comes from a speaker so lightweight but I will be packing it in my suitcase to take across the country to provide the music for my sister’s 60th birthday bash. I’ve seen the huge speakers used by my son, an audio engineer, and for its size, the Zealot produces sound, much like the larger, more technical speakers. My neighbor’s little kids loved the cool lighting effect, too. Nice touch! All around, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a powerful quality speaker.
