I bought this without paying attention to the mg strength. The one I was using for years was 1000 mg. I took one of these, again on me for not paying attention to the mg strength, and I got very nauseous, also add bordering on panic attack - like symptoms, dizzy. It was awful. It took hours, many saltine crackers and Gatorade to ride it out. I did not want to under rate the product because of its effect on me. I like Zazzee as a company in general. Their extra Strength Green Tea is no exception.This is great for the immune system,energy,metabolism,antioxidant 50% ECCG...but also contains L-Theanine from green tea- very clean to the system and very calming as well.
